*I slowly opened my eyes to see an old man wearing a robe standing on front of me.*
"Greetings young lad, would you like to be assisted inside the castle." The old man said gently
"Umm thanks for the kind offer, but where am I?" I said while looking around
"You are at the great Kingdom of Krauvando, the kingdom built in memory of Horakthy and the guardians that saved the world." The old man said
*flashbacks*
"The pain of countless deaths had yet to heal before life start to go back to normal." Horakthy said in a dying voice.
...
"Creation!" the wielders shouted in unision. Judgment was passed and the next judgment will occur in the next 10 centuries.
*end of flashback*
So all of those were true; No! It was just my imagination. I better snap out of this dream. I thought
"Huh? Where is that man? Hmph nevermind." I wondered
While walking down the hallway I came across the mirror.
"Is this still me?" I asked myself
I heard quick footsteps
"Ack!" someone screamed
"Sorry my bad." I quickly said while helping the one that bumped me.
"Are... Are you Faulin?" I asked with great curiousity.
" Yes; And sorry too, I'm just rushing to decipher the stone tablet Horakthy left." Faulin said
"Oh, ok I better be going goodbye." I said while waving a hand at her.
"Bye!" She replied
She turned back but I quickly checked on her and saw her blush a bit.
"Sorry, looks like I ate too much chili." She lied to me.
"Okay but I need to go now, see you when I see you." I said completely walking down the hallway not looking back.
Faulin smiled as I turned my back on her.
*A few minutes later*
"Quickly everyone out f the castle!" A panicked guard said.
"Wait why?" I asked
"Orders from the future king Vector" He said while running past me.
Vector... Wait! Isn't he the one who will summon the guardian of light! I thought with realization.
I rushed outside to see a sphere of light on top of the castle.
*The sphere transformed into a dragon*
It bowed it's head allowing Vector to ride it. A mark appeared on his left hand and a mark appeared on my right hand with both mark having the "光" sign on both of them.
"It synchronized with my mark but how?" I said in disbelief
The dragon cried out it's mighty roar before casting a powerful radiance of light that enveloped a piece of the world and eradicated all of darkness residing in the region.(Author - Think of it as big as Australia.)
*With it's glow I succumbed again in darkness before going back to reality*
I woke up with my eyes wide and I felt something on my hand. It was Trinity and she slept by my side.
"Oh James looks like you're awake." Julienne said while closing her book.
"Yeah, so I am wondering why am I in the hospital?" In asked her
