A week later.

"That's the third complaint in a row, Miss!! Where's your mind at?! You never used to mess up orders!? Focus on work, if you want it!!"
Her boss barked at her, stomping his way out.

She sighed, rubbing her ear disdainfully. She was quite used to these words now. They didn't hurt one bit, since she didn't care.

The staff gave her a look of pity, as she made way to her locker to change from her uniform.

............

She exited her work station, looking for taxi, but her mind wandered around.

If he was here, would he be there to pick me up? Comfort me after a bad day? How would he? She thought, the endless chains never ending.

Her thoughts were suddenly cut off, by a jerk on her shoulder making her turn around.

"Yah! You ignoring me?! I called you several times!"

She blinked her eyes a couple times.

It was Hoseok.

"Oh, really?" Was all she could utter.

Hoseok, pursed his lips, eyes softening at her emotionless face.

"Whatever. Come with me." He spoke, slinging an arm around her, dragging her with him.

"Huh? Where are we going?" She asked.

"You'll see."

.............

"So then we- yah you listening?" Hoseok, clicked his fingers in front of her dazed out face.

She looked at him, a bit startled.

"Oh sorry, what was it again....?" She asked, holding a lost and tired face.

Hoseok sighed, as he felt his idea of cheering her up was failing.

"Never mind ...But why aren't you eating?" He asked her, slightly tilting his head.

She looked down onto her dinner. It was her favorite spicy noodles. Normally, she would be drooling, but this wasn't her normal.

"I'm...Not hungry..." She mumbled.

Hoseok frowned at her. He knew too how much obsessed she was with these noodles.

"Come onn...I spent my money on these....It's spicy noodlessss~~" he said in a luring manner.

But she simply looked away, trying to hold a small smile.

"I really don't have the appetite.." she said.

Hoseok knitted his brows.

"Okay...But just one bite...For me?" He smiled at her.

She sighed, before opening her mouth wide enough for him to feed her.

"Good girl." He patted her head, as she slowly chewed on it.

...........

"Um...So I'll be going now..." He trailed away, as she nodded, her eyes glued to the ground.

Hoseok stood there in front of her, staring at her with pity. He wanted to comfort her, keep her in his arms, protect her.

She needed it. She seemed so fragile, that just a wrong move and she might break into a thousand pieces.

Normally, Hoseok would have killed the guy who disappeared, leaving her in this awful state.

But how could he, when he didn't know who he was?

But one thing he could tell, that only she remembers about him.

He sighed, before placing his hand on her shoulders.

"Look, we filed a complaint to the cops right? They said they are investigating over it. And I'm sure they will find him, so don't worry...."
He spoke in a soft voice, as she still had her head lowered.

She nodded a bit.

"Yah...You look shorter when you look down....So chin up."
He said, pushing her head up to face him.

She came across his cheerful smile. Contagious you can say, a small smile crept on her face.

"Take care.." he mumbled, leaving out her door.

..............

She didn't have dinner that night. Yes, she resisted her favorite noodles.

Just because she didn't want to eat alone.

After a quick shower, she changed onto her PJs, slowly lying on her bed.

The feeling of the coldsome, empty bed was long forgotten by her.

The fact that she had to get used to it all over again, just frustrated her.

Pulling the bedsheets over herself, she stared at the shadow emmiting ceiling, deep in thought.

Was he real? Or was it just one euphoric dream...? She wondered.

At this point, she was on the brink of convincing herself that she had gone insane.

That it was delusional. A hallucination. It never happened.

But once again, the fresh cologne of his, mixed in her bedsheets, tell another story.

She stared at her lonely side, biting her already-nibbled lip to prevent from crying.

What am I supposed to do now? Why did you leave me alone? Why? Why me?
She whimpered to herself.

He made no commitments to her. No promises. But why did she yet feel betrayed?

No matter how much she tried, a tear always made its way down her cheek.

"Come back..." She weakly whimpered, before crouching into her burrito self.

I genuinely feel bad for the girl in this story.......T.T

So I just finished watching this saesang encounter compilation of kpop idols and I need to rant myself out...

Like dude stop calling urselves fans, cuz saesangs like u only bring bad name to the fandom. These ppl who don't appreciate idol's privacy just get on my nerves and I just pray that these ppl whack their head on something and get the hint of how to behave in front of these idols.

I mean I get ur going crazy by finally meeting ur love, but srsly chill. They r humans too and they have fears and insecurities too. Plz don't provoke those, by being a crazy mess.

*deep breath*

Now, that's better.
