Regina's POV

I throw my keys on the table by my front door and kick my heels off, pushing them to the side of the foyer. I groan and run my fingers through my hair, walking over to the kitchen and pulling out a wine glass and a bottle of Pinot Noir, pouring her glass to the rim.

"Babe, I'm home." a smile spreads wide across my lips.

"Daniel!" I laugh, jumping into his arms. He was my second chance, and through everything I found my way back to him. Yes, i said back. We dated in our freshman year in highschool, but due to my mother we broke up. It wasn't until college when we rekindled.

Tonight was our two year anniversary of being together and also T minus four weeks until I marry the man of my dreams. I'm not going to lie, I always thought it would be Robin who I would love until the day I die, but breaking up was for the best.

After a long romantic dinner we shared, I went upstairs and looked down at my phone. A message from an unknown number. I read the text. Hey regina. It's Robin by the way. We haven't spoken in a while. I heard you moved to New York after graduation. I'm actually in town for business. Would you want to talk? I would love to meet you for lunch, discuss life. But you don't have to. I know you moved on. Sorry for this long text and if you'd want to meet just shoot me a text. Bye G. I felt my eyes get hot. No! I can't do this! I do not have feelings for him anymore, I just got caught up in the moment... at least I think so. Footsteps echo through the hallway towards the master bedroom. I shut the phone off and quickly wiggle my way into the thick sheets, just in time before Daniel opened the door and laying next to me on the bed.

"Good night, love of my life." Daniel kisses my forehead. A smile spreads across my face.

"Good night." I say quietly as he turns off his bedside lamp. I had to ask daniel if he is okay with me seeing Robin, if I am. I turn my lamp on and turn towards my fiance who was already half asleep. "Daniel, I have to ask you something."

"Shoot."

"Hypothetically if my ex happened to reach out saying he wanted to meet me, would you - hypothetically - be okay with me going to meet him?" I bite my lip, searching Daniel's face for any sort of answer.

"Look, G," Daniel sits up and takes my hand in his, "I love you and I trust you. If you want to go see Robin, then do it, just remember that you have a fiance who'll be waiting for you once you come back." I laugh And connect our lips.

Robin's POV

I will see Regina for the first time in years, and I have to say I am really looking forward to it. But I doubt she feels the same way. I caught her off guard and it'll be really awkward. It has been two weeks since I sent my long message and I completely understand why she was reluctant in answering.

As I walk over to the restaurant Regina and I planned to meet, a certain blonde caught my eye.

"Swan?" I call out towards the speeding blonde. She stops in her tracks and turns around with a smile.

"Robin? Hey!" Emma walks over and gives me a hug. "How have you been? How's life?"

"Eh, life is ok I guess, I am actually heading to Blue Hill to meet with Regina..." I trail off and look down to my shoes. We continue casual talk. Emma came to New York for a new case. She became a bail bondsperson! I wonder what Killian would think, he misses her so much yet I'm the only one who he is still in touch with. When Liam brought Killian back to Ireland it broke Emma and the ass wouldn't even let her contact him! One day I got a call that he met a girl and that he was somewhat happy but it just wasn't Emma. His words not mine! Anyway, we went on talking until I notice the time. "Oh shit! I have to get going, but would you like to join me. It has been a while, she's ought to forgive you within the two years you've spent apart." I offer the idea, but only receive a look of madness.
