"Alright, Alex. You're not grounded anymore." mom said, standing in my doorway. i look up at her and nod. "I want you to know what you did was not okay. you're lucky that they let you graduate at all.""I understand mom. it won't happen again." i droned.
"Alex please, keep it up and you wont go to the concert."
i froze and she knows she got me. "i'm sorry. It really won't happen again."
"You bet your ass you won't. now get ready dinner's in twenty minutes."
and with that she walked out. i groaned into my pillow.
I lay there for a while until my phone dings. I pick it up and see i got a text from Corbyn.
