Chapter 6

(Y/N) POV

I had gotten bored with the book so I decided to sit in the corner of the room.

"when somebody loves you~" I began the quietly sing Frank Sinatra it was almost 6 A.M. Bill would be up soon and then I wouldn't be so bored. "It's no good unless he loves you, all the way~."

"Happy to be near you" I continued getting absorbed in the song and forgeting where I was but still singing quietly "When you need someone to cheer you, all the way" this next line reminded me of Edward "Taller than the tallest tree is. That's how it's got to feel. Deeper than the deep blue sea is. That's how deep it goes, if it's real." I sang, a smile forming on my face "When somebody needs you, it's no good unless he needs you, all the way. Through the good or lean years. And for all the in-between years, come what may." I sighed "Who knows where the road will lead us. Only a fool would say, but if you'll let me love you it's for sure I'm gonna love you, all the way, all the way~" I finished leaning against the wall

"That was a pretty song" I heard Edwards silk like voice ring out.

my glaze bounced over to where he was sitting up in bed, my cheeks heated up.

"Sorry, did I wake you?" I forced myself to make eye contact he hesitated. I did. I slightly lowered my head in shame.

"It's alright, I needed to wake up anyway" He wobbled over to me.

nodding my head I looked at him still disappointed in myself "Lets get some breakfast"

Time skip to when he goes to Joyce's house with (Y/N)

I sat in one of Joyce's chairs watching Edward work. She wasn't to thrilled about me coming but there was no way I'd let Edward come here alone. I smiled, Edward must feel completely sick , yet he was such a generous person he still came to help. Out of the corner of my I could see Joyce approaching him, my smile faltered but turned into a grin when I saw what she was holding. Lemonade. She sashayed over to him with a fake smile.

"would you like a nice cool glass of lemonade?" she questioned sweetly

"lemonade?" And just like that bam! Puke all over her shoes, I tried so hard not to laugh but honestly failed miserably.

" Oh dear I'm so sorry about that he isn't feeling so well at least he finished your beautiful topiary I'm sure your husband will love it" I said slightly stretching out husband. I pat Edward gently on the back before walking him home.
