We've Changed (Raura)

This is gonna be a LONG wait!

Previously:  Ross just asked this unknown man (To Ross and Jake) how he knew laura. And he's about to tell him (But end of chapter)

This Time: ■Ross Pov■

Man: " Yes I did. I'm her Ex boyfriend. And you are?"

Ross: " I'm Ross. One of Laura's....... best friends." I had to think awhile to answer. But I guess if laur knew me more we would be best friends. And I would say boyfriend, but he could get jealous. And probably not like me (like in a trusting way). So I'm not taking that chance.

Man: " Hm? Well I'm Stanley." He storts of nod in a way to say it.

Jake smiles: " I'm Jake. Laura's best friend too. And your name reminds me of Stanley off of 'The Mask'."

Stanley laughs: " Laura told me about you. And you too, Ross, but a little disappointed."

Ross: " Oh. I haven't heard of you yet." I say and put my head down in guilt. Then I raise my head and plaster a fake smile.

Stanley: " That's all alright."

Jake: " So how old are you? If you mind me asking?"

Stanley smiles big: " 21 years old."

Ross confused: " Is that Laura's child?" I ask while stuttering.

Stanley laughs: " There were two reason she broke up with me." I think he's avoiding my question. Oh gosh, they are 4 years apart. So that must mean. That's Laura's child. But she would of been. Ross, STOP.

Ross: " Hm. So you dated Laur for how long?"

Stanley smile drop: " Only a week. Well I know I wasn't her first boyfriend."

Jake blushes: " Yeah. Ross I kinda lied to you." Right now I'm so confuse. Who was her first boyfriend? Why did Jake blush?  What did he lie to me about?

Ross: " About what?"

Jake: " I didn't like laura. I loved her. And I was her first ever boyfriend."

Ross: " Why did you lie to me about THAT!?" I said with my jaw totally dropped.

Jake: " First at the time. You would make fun of me. And second Laur and I keeped it between us."

Ross shocked: " Uh.... what?" The doctod walks in. So I get prepared for more information.

Dr. Grey: " Well Laura, she has 2 or 3 years until she fully recovers. And that would be a miracle.  And the normal years would be 4 or 5 years. Has she ever had something like this before?"

Jake: " No."  Ths doctor moves his head to Jake.

Dr. Grey: " Now in 3 weeks you'll be out of the hospital. And 1 week until you get out of the wheelchair and cast."

Jake: " Oh ok. Wait.. what about school?"

Dr. Grey: " Well for you your mother has arranged that. And is bring in you homework. And for her. She has been excused from school. Since this was dyer emergency excuse."

Ross: " Oh. So when could I visit both of them?"

Dr. Grey: " 6 o'clock pm threw 7 pm. And in the morning 8 to 11 am."

Stanley: " Hm. Well is anything else we should know?" Stanley?! Oh my foolishness. I totally forgot he was standing there.

Dr. Grey: " Yes. There's a small possibility she might die. It like a 10 percent of death. This is sometimes scary, but most people make it out."

Stanley: " Wouldn't it be 1 percent?"

Dr. Grey: " Yes, but there was some poision from that infection.  So it increased 9 percent. And once/if she wakes up she might get sick."

Ross: " Oh." I said shaky. I felt scared and worried.

Stanley: " Ok."

Willma(Stanley's daughter): " Is mommy going to be ok?"

Stanley bends down to her height: " Now willma need to stop with-." He said something else, but I couldn't hear.

Ross: " So why did Laura break up with you? And why did that girl call her mommy?"

Stanley starts nervously twitching his fingers: " Well...."

Things just got strange. Poor Laura, 2 or 3 years.

So what is he going to say? Did I get cha into thinking it was a relative? So why is Stanley nervous? Why did willma call Laura mommy?
