You leaned in your chair, tapping your foot impatiently as your index finger drummed on the desk as you kept your eyes on the clock.
Your waiting for the bell to ring so you could catch Taehyung today. Your starting to think he's avoiding you. Every time you see him in the hallway, he sort of disappears.
You jumped up and ran out the classroom as you heard the bell ringing, not listening to what your teacher was saying.
You ran to the class Taehyung would be in and for your surprise he was still there, just sitting when everyone else was gone.
You knocked on the open door to let him know you where there.
He looked up and sent you a fake smile as you walked towards him. He kept his eyes on the floor the whole time.
You took the seat beside him and sat down, searching every inch of his face.
"What's wrong?" You asked lowering your head so you could see his face all the way. He shrugged and shook his head.
You just stared at him for a moment. You noticed how uncomfortable his body seemed as he sat in the chair. "Are you sick?" You whispered.
He finally looked up at you and your eyes softened as you seen the dark circles around his eyes, meaning that he hasn't gotten any sleep.
"Maybe." His voice cracks as he spoke. You nodded and looked away. You started to smile as a idea popped In to your head.
"Hey," You say grabbing his cheeks in your palms as you smiled. You giggled as his eyes widened. "How about you and I go to my place and I'll have grandma make you her special kind of soup to help with the fever. It always helps when I don't feel good."
He furrowed his eyebrows and grabbed your wrist so you'll let his face go. "I'm fine. I don't need someone to watch over me." He mumbled.
You pouted and looked down. Taehyung glanced back up at you and his eyes softened once he seen that you where upset. "Thanks for the offer though,"
You glanced up at him and seen him smiling at you, you smiled back. "But I'm sure your grandma wouldn't allow a complete stranger in your home."
You scoffed and stood up. "Your not a stranger," you pulled your phone from your back pocket and turned it on. "I'll ask her first." You say smiling.
"There's no need for that." Taehyung quickly says. You glared down at him as you placed your phone to your ear and listened to it ring.
"Hey!" You yelled as Taehyung grabbed your phone from you and hung up. He stuffed the phone in his pocket as he walked towards you. "Give me my phone back!"
Taehyung shook his head. You folded your arms over your chest and tapped your foot on the ground. "Taehyung." You say in a stern tone.
"Y/n." He mocked. You groaned and sat back down with your arms still crossed. You gave Taehyung a deadly glare as you watched him carefully take his seat.
"Why don't you want my help?" Your voice was shaky. You didn't know why but the idea of him not wanting your help or not being around you made your heart ache.
He let out a soft sigh and turned his chair so now that he was in front of you. "It's not that I don't want your help. It's just... I don't need anyone to take care of me."
You nodded your head. "I understand." You say. Taehyung sent you a soft boxy smile as he moved his chair back to his original spot.
"Why are you in here anyways?" You asked as you took out your books from your bag. You decided that if Taehyung wasn't leaving soon then you'll stay and keep him company.
