*David's POV*

As I read Liza's note I knew that she's right. I can tell that Stacy is trying really hard to make me look at her and I don't even want to think about being alone with her. I tried to quickly think of a reply that won't tip anyone off, but would also get me out of tutoring her by myself.

"Liza this seems to be the same part that Stacy is struggling with, why don't we all meet in the library after class and work on this a bit, just to get you both familiar with the section as we continue throughout the week" I ask, loud enough for Stacy to hear.

"Thank you, I would appreciate that. I don't want to fall behind from the start" Liza replies, giving me a relieved smile.

Stacy, on the other hand, is fuming.

*Liza's POV*

I was grateful that David caught on and asked me to come to tutoring. I don't need help, this stuff is a piece of cake, but I definitely wanted to be there to keep an eye on her. I look up and see fury in her eyes. If looks could kill I would be 6 feet under right about now.

David goes back to his desk and informs Stacy of the plans. I could faintly hear her whisper about how she would learn better in a 1-on-1 session (yea right) and I hear David explain that it would make no sense to tutor 2 students separately on the same section. After a bit more back and forth Stacy finally agrees.

Before heading back to her desk she makes a pit stop by mine. I quickly close my book, hiding the note as she slams her hand on my desk, making me look up at her with a questioning look.

"Was I not clear enough earlier, Koshy? You better watch out" she whispers angrily.

"What? Can't I have questions too? Why don't you just mind your own business for once" I whisper back with annoyance in my tone.

"You're playing with fire Koshy, you have been warned" she adds before quickly turning on her heal and going back to her desk.

Little does she know, she's the one who's about to get burned.

After class ended I headed to the library as planned. I thought about waiting for David but figured that he would catch up eventually. Stacy had disappeared the second we were dismissed as she was still fuming that I had ruined her precious study date. As I continue my walk to the library I see Kristen and Gabbie, my two best friends in the whole world, chatting on one of the couches in the rest area. I decide to stop by for a second and say hi, knowing that I had a few seconds to spare. The girls haven't seen me yet so I take the opportunity to run up behind them and scare them.

As I throw an arm around each of their shoulders they all but jump out of their pants. Success!

"LIZA! Geez! Are you trying to give us heart attacks?!" Gabbie says as she holds her hand over her chest.

"Yea! What gives!" Kristen chimes in, trying to regulate her breathing. I let out a satisfied laugh, earning glares from both of them before smiles eventually creep onto their faces. They can never stay mad at me.

"So do you want to grab lunch with us?" Kristen asks, changing the topic.

"Sorry, I can't today, I have to go to tutoring for my math class right now. But maybe we can do lunch tomorrow?" I reply.

"You? Tutoring? For math? Yea right. You could BE the tutor, that I'd believe, but getting tutored, not so much. What's the catch?" Gabbie questions, knowing me all too well.

"It's a lot to explain, I'll fill you guys in later" I say simply yet honestly

Even though my best friends know almost everything about me, the one thing they don't know about is David. They knew I had a boyfriend but they didnt know his name, who he was, nothing. As you may remember, David and I officially started dating on my 18th birthday, which was only a couple of months ago, but we had moved in next door to each other over 4 years ago and clicked instantly. In other words we were actually a lot closer and much more serious than the length of our official relationship may suggest. Since we were both involved in social media and YouTube, it's not something that I want to have to explain to everyone just yet so we have been keeping it on the down low. We are currently just enjoying our time together before having to make it public, thus opening the flood gates for millions of questions.

Before either of them can come up with something else to say I feel someone come up behind me, breaking me out of my thoughts.

"Hey Liza, ready for our group session?" David asks as he approaches me.

"Absolutely, I'll be right there Mr. Dobrik" I reply with a hint of shyness in my voice, knowing that the girls are listening. David nods and flashes his signature smile before continuing to make his way towards the library.

I turn back to the girls only to see that they both had smirks plastered across their faces.

"Oh NOW it all makes sense" Kristen says with a wink as Gabbie giggles.

"Believe me, its not what you think" I said, even though I knew they wouldn't believe me. Either way I had to get going so we said our goodbyes and ran to catch up with David.

Here we go..
