*Eren's POV*

".....Ren...?"

"Er......?"

"Eren.....?"

I snapped out of my daze when an eraser head smacked me in my face. Shit, I was thinking about that guy again wasn't I....my best friend Armin was looking at me with his worried look. We were supposed to be studying Calculus for our Mid term, but I don't like Calculus anyway, so I guess my mind drifted to something more entertaining.

"Uh, ouch Armin," I said, throwing the eraser back at him.

"What's with you? Ever since last week, you've been all spacey," Armin said, trying to catch the eraser. He missed it, as always. Armin doesn't have an athletic bone in his body, so catching anything mid air is a skill he lacks on all fronts. I simply shrug, starting to doodle  in my Calc notebook.

"Eren, seriously. I'm getting worried, you've been acting really out of it." Armin said, not letting it go. He may not be athletic, but he could sure keep an unwanted conversation going. I crossed my arms, looking at him in annoyance.

"No I haven't, I'm fine. I've been totally alert, tell me one time that I've spaced out other than just now." I argued, leaning back in my chair. Armin's face dead panned.

"You spaced out twice in gym class, and then you got pegged in the face with a dodge ball." He said flatly. "Then you spaced out in Chemistry and nearly blew up the lab because you weren't paying attention to the chemicals. Then last Friday--"

"Okay, Okay, I get it," I huff. Damn Armin, he pays attention to other people too much. "If I tell you why I've been all spacey, promise not to tell anyone. Including Mikasa. Got it?"

He drew an 'x' over his heart."Cross my heart and hope to die. What happened?" He asked, leaning closer. I bit my lip, face flushing a bit as I mentally recalled the college party I crashed. I relayed the whole story back to Armin, who was wide eyed when I finished.

"You what?" He asked, bewildered.

"Shhh, Armin, Jesus you're loud," I growl, looking around the library. "Yeah, I crashed a MRS party and I wound up hooking up with this pretty hot guy, okay? Sue me." I said, proud of my accomplishment.

Armin took a little while to process this information, so I decided to move us somewhere more private so he wouldn't implode.

"But who was it?" He asked as we sat outside of a Starbucks, having interrogated me for a half an hour about the whole night. I shrugged.

"I didn't get his name, he didn't get mine. Which kind of sucks, because he was really, really hot. And not 'I'm wasted so anyone seems hot' hot, I was completely sober and he was probably a twenty-five on a scale from one to ten. He was kind of short but that didn't really matter, in the end," I said, sighing a bit and sipping my coffee. My phone buzzed in my pocket, which I took out to see who it was.

"Ah, shit, I completely forgot," I said, smacking my head.

"Forgot what?" Armin asked, looking at me curiously.

"I have to meet that college mentor person today. You know, that program that sends a college student to help you with admissions and stuff,' I reminded him, typing on my phone. My mentor was some dude named Levi from MRS (ironically), and we were supposed to be meeting today.

"Well, he said he'd just drive over to this Starbucks, so I guess it doesn't matter now," I said, putting my phone in my pocket. Armin shrugged. "When he gets here I'll just go home, I guess. We can study later." He said, and I nodded in agreement.
