Chapter 5: goodbye forever?

Emily's POV

~Text convo~

Ross- Hey,babe.

Emily- Hey,Rossy

Ross- Why don't you come in my home? I haven't seen you from a week.

Emily- I don't feel very good! :(

Ross- Do you want me to come over today?

Emily- Yeah! I'll be waiting for you! :)

Ross- Okay,babe! I'll come over after a few minutes! ;)

Emily- Okay! Bye! I love you!

Ross- I love you too,babe!

~End the text convo~

"Emily!" Yelled my mom from below. I went to her. "What's up, Mom?" I asked. "Today I'm going  back to Spain. Remember what I told you last week?" Asked mom. "Yes I remember when you go to Spain, I must see what's on the second shelf." I answered.

At this moment I became ill and I ran to the bathroom. "What's happened, honey?" ask Mom. "From a week I don't feel very good." I answered and I got out of the bathroom. "Now I have to go to the airport, dear! I'll miss you, Emily!"said my mom and hugged me. "I'll miss you too mom." I said. She hugged Amanda, Roxy and Daniel. "Well, Goodbye!"said mom. "Is this really going be our Goodbye forever?" I asked my mom. "Of course not!"said mom. Mom, Danny, Roxy and Amanda went to the airport with her. I was left alone. It was time to see what's on the second shelf. I reached the shelf and there was only one box. I pulled it, and it appeared that in the box was a pregnancy test. But why mom would want me to do a pregnancy test? Maybe because what happened to me this week, made mom thinking that I'm pregnant. I was sure I'm not. However, I did the test. At that moment, my hands trembled. What if I'm pregnant? I necessarily had to do the test. I went into the bathroom and with trembling hands I made the test. My hands trembled too more. I could barely keep my test. 5 minutes later with trembling hands and great curiosity I looked at the test, it said ...... positive.

Ross was going to be a father, but I did not know how to tell him the news. At that moment I felt that I was hungry. I gently stroked my belly. I went into my room and let the pregnancy test in the drawer next to my bed and took my phone. I looked down in the fridge and there was no food. I called Ross and he said that in 15 minutes will come here with food.

15 minutes later:

The doorbell rang. I opened. It was Ross. He went in and brought some food. After we ate the dinner he looked at me. "Emily, look ... Tomorrow I'm going on tour for six months and ... You know that long-distance relationships are so difficult ... We have to break up." Said Ross. I did not say anything. Ross went to the door." Well, I guess this is our goodbye!" Said Ross and went outside. "Is this really our 'goodbye forever'?" I asked with tears. "Maybe yes. Look, I love you, but do not want to break your heart with a text message. At least you can someday forgive me." Said Ross. He kissed me softly for one last time and left. Surely this was the end. I no longer finded a meaning to live. At this moment, Roxy, Amanda and Danny went home. They saw my tears. "What happened, Em?"ask Amanda. "Ross left me ..."I said with tears. "Do not cry. Everything will be fine." Amanda said and hugged me. "That's not the problem" I said, and stood face to face with Amanda. "Then what's the problem?"asked Danny. "What will happen with our baby?" I asked desperately with tears. "What baby?"ask Amanda. I looked and gently stroked my belly. Amanda looked at me in surprise. "I'm pregnant!" I said. "You're what?"ask Roxy. "I'm pregnant." I repeated with a smile, but I didn't remove my right hand from my belly. "This is amazing!" Said Amanda. "Emily, you should go to bed and get some sleep and we'll clean up." Roxy said. I nodded and got in my room. I was so tired. The entire story with Ross and my pregnancy tried me...
