Misunderstandings

I breathed sharply as I pushed the boxes out of the way.

I hadn't seen my new family in a while....  I missed them.

When I finally unveiled the trapdoor, I grinned, pulling the door up.

Without hesitation, I slid down the ladder and landed on one knee at the bottom.

I gasped slightly as it knocked a bit of wind out of me.

"Becca...."

I looked up and turned around, grinning.  "Heeey~  I missed you guys!"

Cassia was holding il closely, il trembling in her arms.  spark merely glared while Object just stared blankly at me.  All of them were chained to the wall by their wrists.

"Becca, what's wrong?  Why are you doing this?"  Cassia asked lightly, though the undertone of anger did not go unseen.

"What's wrong...?"  I asked quietly.

"What's wrong is that I was ABANDONED.  Not only that, but at the worst possible time.  When I NEEDED them."

"Who...?"  il whispered.

"None of your concern, sis."  I grinned evilly.

spark growled lightly.  "NONE of us are your sisters.  You're INSANE and are literally going to go to prison for this.  It's been over a week since this all began.  You need to STOP."

I bristled at her rebellious tone and stalked up to her, grabbing her by the neck and lifting her up against the wall high enough so that she couldn't touch the ground.  My sisters freaked out but could not reach us.  "Haven't I already gotten onto you?!  spark, if you value what little freedom you have right now, you will SHUT.  UP."

She kicked at me but did very little otherwise.  She was gasping for breath and she clawed at my hands.

I waited until she was barely fighting back before I dropped her.  She fell and started coughing harshly, holding her neck.  I backed away, glaring down at her.  "My reasons are my reasons.  You needn't worry.  Soon, you will all come to accept me as your sister.  One way...or another."

I turned away and climbed back up the ladder, resetting all the boxes back into their places.

I sat at the computer to work on some things when Skype suddenly popped up with a message.

~~TRAITORS calling....~~

I growled.  This is the 3rd time they've tried this!  Gods, they're annoying.

Fed up with it, I hit the answer button, the faces of those...traitors popping up on screen.

It was Jaguar and I could see Mario, Cleopatra, and Fish all at their own computers.

"GUYS, BECCA ANSWERED!!"  Jaguar exclaimed.

They all jerked up (except Mario, he was never really that jerky) and ran over.  "BECCA?!  Oh thank God!  You finally answered!"  Cleo exclaimed, tears starting to well in her eyes.

I glared at her.  "What do you WANT?"  I growled.

"Becca, we never did anything to you!  Your mind is distorting everything and making you think we did something wrong!"  She exclaimed.

"My mind doesn't distort things.  Not that badly, anyway.  You guys left me in my time of need.  My most desperate time.  And I was ALONE."

"Becca...you never called us.  You never texted us...."  Fish began.
