Ryland POV
I took in a big breath as I knocked on Sara's door. My hands started to sweat on the flowers that were in my hands as she opened the door.
Damn, she was pretty. Her hair was in a messy bun, and she wore sweatpants and a T-shirt. Simple but beautiful. Nothing like Laura.
No! Stop it Ryland! You have a girlfriend!
"H-hey Sara, I am s-sorry I didn't c-come to your meeting with H-Hollywood Records," I stuttered nervously, handing her the flowers.
"Whatever," she whispered trying to shut the door.
"Wait! I wanted you to come to the fair with me tonight?" I questioned.
"Ryland, after what happened, why sho-"
I cut her off " I want to make it up to you......please."
She hesitated for a second, but then nodded her head.
"Awesome! I will pick you up at 6:30!"
*4 hours later*
Sara POV
I dressed in a yellow crop top, skinny jeans and my black converse for my thingy with Ryland. I don't even know why I was doing this. But I missed him. I missed his dimples. I missed his beautiful eyes. I missed his deep voice. And his strong hands.
*Knock Knock*
I walked over and revealed Ryland. He wore ripped jeans and a black tank top.
"Hey, you ready," he questioned.
I nodded my head yes and of we went.
*Ryland POV*
I drove to the mall parking lot where the fair was being held and held the door for her.
We walked to the ticket booth and got a bracelet for each of us so we didn't need tickets.
"What ride first?" I questioned.
"The graviton!"
We ran to the ride and entered. As it started I felt the gravity and closed my eyes. I loved this ride!
After the graviton, we went on the super shoot, the pirate ship, the round up, and lastly the Ferris wheel.
As we got up to the top, we could see the town and the beach.
"It is so beautiful!" she exclaimed.
"Just like you," I said surprisingly, as she blushed.
I can not believe I just said that! I have a girlfriend!
As we stared down at the beach, the booth started to creak.
"I hate when this happens," she whispered.
Before I could even think I put my arm around her and have her a squeeze.
She turned to me and looked into my eyes. I looked into hers and started to lean in.
Once I put my lips against her soft lips I felt it. I felt what I felt the day I walked her home. The sparks. The fireworks. The love.
As we eventually got the bottom and out of the booth, I heard my name.
I looked around to see Laura screaming at me.
"RYLAND! I SAW THAT! YOU CHEATER!"
