Emmi's P.O.V

Oh, great.

"Excuse me?" Eleanor asked, almost choking on her pork chop.

Lilly and Tommy almost spitting out their milk.

Blimey! This can't be happening! No! We were so close! Why now? Why?

"You heard me, Eleanor." Dad refused to repeat himself.

"I-I just thought- who?" Eleanor managed out.

"Her name is Alice." Dad stated.

Oh, her. No, please! I prayed my dad was messing around. He said they were just friends.

"Her?" I blurted out.

All eyes shifted on me.

"You know her?" Lilly asked, shocked.

She looked quiet hurt, Tommy as well. Oh, my gosh. This is terrible. They were so excited and happy, they thought we could be a family again. My eyes blurred with tears. I sniffled.

"Woah, Emmi. What's wrong? Why are you crying?" Dad asked, looking concerned and confused.

I blinked back the tears, before they leaked out of my eyes.

"I'm not." I lied, eating my salad.

"O-Kay," dad said, slowly.

"So, how long have you been seeing this girl?" Eleanor asked.

Great, back on this subject again. I didn't say anything. I sat there, quietly, staring at my plate, never looking up at anyone. I was scared to look at Lilly and Tommy. I tuned out everyone, I didn't want to know what they were talking about.

"May I be excused?" I asked, quietly.

"Yes, put your plate in the sink." Dad instructed.

I nodded.

I slid my chair out, picked up my plate and walked to the kitchen. I placed my plate in the sink. Then I went into our theatre, so I didn't have to walk back through them. I laid face down on the couch. Well, this is perfect.

"So, a girlfriend, huh?" Eleanor's voice, loud for the whole world to hear.

And the screaming has returned.

"I'm just moving on, Eleanor!" Dad's voice just as loud as Eleanor's.

Not this again.

"Are you, or do you just want to make me jealous?" Eleanor asked.

"What did you want me to say? Were you trying to embarrass me in front of my three children?" Dad yelled.

"Embarrass you? Oh, how mature, Louis!" Eleanor snorted.

"And how's that been working out for you, Louis? Single with a child always in trouble," dad mocked her words from earlier at dinner.

"It's the truth, isn't it?" Eleanor asked.

"Your children aren't perfect either!" Dad yelled.

"Your? Did you really just disown our children?" Eleanor yelled. "I'm so done with you, Louis Tomlinson."

"Eleanor! Stop! Please, I didn't mean it like that! I'm just angry!" Dad apologized.

"If you say it, you think it, if you think it you mean it." Eleanor said, her voice cracking.

"Eleanor, we both just need to calm down." Dad tried to reason.

"Why do you care if I like you? You moved on!" Eleanor screamed, almost sounding hurt.

Then I heard the door slam.

"Eleanor!" Dad yelled.

I heard the front door open and slam again. I ran to the door and opened it. Outside was pouring down rain.

"What do you want?" Eleanor snapped.

She was rushing to her car, but turning around when dad continued to call her name.

"I want you, Eleanor." Dad said, his eyes filled with tears.

She took a deep breath, she was crying. You couldn't really tell, because of the rain.

"I haven't moved on." dad confessed. "Not at all." He admitted. "Every night I wish you were there with me, tucking our kids in."

Eleanor wrapped my dad in a tight hug. He hugged her back.

Wait, what is going on? Everything is going way too fast! Are they making up? I looked back at them, I watched their every move. I know creepy. This was like a movie. They looked up at each other and kissed. Lilly appeared at the doorstep with me.

"They're kissing." Lilly whispered, relieved, she smiled.

"We did it! We got them both here today." I whispered, happily.

"Ew, they're still kissing." Lilly shouted, disgusted.

"I know, right?" I agreed. "Get a room!" I yelled, Lilly giggled.

Eleanor and dad both looked up at us and smiled. They quickly pecked and walked up to the door.

"Why are you guys soaked?" Tommy asked, confused, coming up to the door.

"Because it's raining, duh." I answered him.

Dad, Eleanor and Lilly laughed.

"Why is everyone so happy?" Tommy asked.

"You missed a lot." I said.

"They kissed." Lilly failed at whispering.

"I've been waiting to kiss you, ever since the last time." Dad told Eleanor, she blushed. "You always leave me wanting more." Dad said, smiling. Which made Eleanor blushing even more.

Poor Eleanor, she looks like a tomato right now.

"Well, don't you think it's time for me to get going?" Eleanor asked.

"No!" All of us kids yelled.

"Aw, why leave so soon?" Dad asked, sounding like a little kid.

Yes, yes, yes!
