Going Home

A/N: I made this chapter longer I'm srry again for not posting in such a long time. Again this is not my video. I am trying to write whenever I can. My High School is killing me with work. And trust me I am trying my best in thinking of ideas. I even had to put my other story on hold but I also am trying to do my best in trying to write down a chapter for it. I feel like I'm most likely going to finish this story then finish the other one.

We are all in the dinning room eating our lunch. Except for Shiro, Allura and Coran. They are in a meeting with the Blade of Marmora, talking about our little trip.

I am feeding my Little Lions. (a nickname that the group came up for the twins)I'm so happy that the Space goo is soft enough that they could actually eat it. At least they like it.

"Here comes the spaceship Akio." I made a spaceship noise and brought the spoon to his mouth. I do the same with Akira.

I look around and everyone is talking about what will happen, when we get to earth. How long will we be able to stay. I start thinking of the events of yesterday.

~Yesterday~

We were all in the training room. The kids were in a corner with a safe wall to not let the blast, from the gladiators, to past through, but be able to watch them at the same time.

I was in the middle of stretching when Allura burst in the room cheerfully.

"PALADINS, big news! We are close to your solar system. We can visit earth!" She stated very exited to be able to visit the paladins home plant.

"Allura you better not be messing with us." Lance said trying to hold back some tears.

"Why would I lie about this!" Allura yelled offended.

I got Allura from the shoulders and looked her in the eye "Allura look me in the eye and say it to my face. Are we going to earth?" I asked hoping that she did mean it. This was big news and a delicate topic for all us.

"We are going to Earth." Allura said looking at me in the eye.

I couldn't help but hug her as everyone else followed.

~Present~ 3rd pov~

Shiro comes through the doors, gets a plate for himself, and sits next to Akira. (so they are sitting in the order of Akio, Pidge, Akira, Shiro).

"So, how what did Kolivan say."Lance asked Shiro as he started to feed Akira. "Well, we just earned a month of break on earth." He said smiling. "What?!" everyone said out loud. "But our usual breaks are like 1 day to a week if we are lucky." Hunk said surprised. Yet, happy to be able to spend more time on earth, but for that amount of time is way too long.

"The Blade are going to keep in touch. Besides, Kolivan said that we deserved the break, with all that we did last week. And Allura quickly accepted. We should be getting there in 2-3 days" He said as he tried to make Akira take another bite, but she shoved the spoon away with her hands; making the spoon fall to the ground. Shiro gave a stare of tiredness and Akira started to cry thinking her dad would get mad. Akio seeing his sister cry started to cry as well.

 "And a much needed break for you two." Kieth said as he got up and took Akira in his arms, calming her down. Pidge was already calming Akio, while Shiro cleaned up the mess.

The twins loved everyone on the ship but both got attached to Kieth and Lance the most. (Except for their parents. Of course) Kieth was surprisingly good with kids. Everyone thought that he was going to automatically give the babies a knife, teach them to fight or even just not take care of them at all but no. On the contrary he put his knife away from the babies's reach, plays and sings with them some old kids songs. Their favorite is Baby Shark.
