I always get really twitchy fingers when I finish a story and I can't keep still for very long. Before I even finish a story, I've started to flesh out the next. So, what is next?
First on my list is to finish Paris, Toujours. I should have done this before starting Speak Now but SN's start date kinda crept up on me and before I knew it, I was writing that and Emma's story got left behind. There aren't many chapters left so I should be done with this within the next 4 weeks.
The same happened with Love is a Losing Game. I've already put it on hold once for a re-write and I cannot and will not do that again. I really want to see Eliska and Josh's story resolved and I'm going to make that a priority, too. I think it's about halfway through but the chapters are a little longer so this should take about 8 weeks, if I juggle it with PT and then commit fully after PT is done.
Also, I've decided to enter the Open Novella contest and will be writing a little something for that. They have some strict word-count deadlines so the story I'm writing for that- cover below- will coincide with their deadlines.
Then, of course, my next big project! The one I can't write until PT and LIALG are complete. James Saylor's story. I cannot wait to write this but at the same time, I'm super nervous because of some of the issues covered. I'll put a trigger warning at the beginning of the story and you can decide for yourself if you want to join us for that journey. I'm aiming to start this by April, if not sooner. Keep an eye out for the cover below.
I hope to see you all around! Thank you for an amazing ride. It's been epic.
