PATTON'S POV

IT WAS A PUPPPY! wait how did a Puppy get here? I instantly ran to the puppy petting the puppy
"What? Where did that puppy come from? I was literally in here TWO WHOLE MINUTES AGO!!!!!" I heard someone say behind me, tbh I just wanted to pet the puppyyyy! But then I noticed the tag on on the little puppy.It says 'Owner - Patton' KSKSKSKSSK OKAY SOMEONE GOT ME A PUPPY OH MY GOSH JSKSKSKSKSKSKSKSKSKSKSK "Hellooo!!?!?!? Patton!" I could hear the same person calling my name so I turned around. It was Roman, Logan, and my parents? "Oh sorry didn't see ya there."
"Patton we need to talk..." My dad said in a serious voice, making me a little worried. "Yea dad? What is it?"
"Patton... We are moving..." did I heard my mum right? She couldn't have said that! Right? No. I can't move.
"Your kidding! Right?"
"Their dead serious..." I heard coming from behind me, it was Virgil, he was crying?
"No. It has to be some sick joke!"
"We don't want you to leave either Patton!" Roman said as tears fell down his face. They were serious. I'm leaving them? For forever? All I could do was cry...
"I got a job in Penfold! It's a huge deal!" My Mum seemed really excited. I wanted to be supportive even though I'm leaving my best friends since, well since we where the littlest kiddos! "I gonna miss you all! And make sure to FaceTime me when you get a chance?"
"Don't worry! I will make sure to tell you all the drama!" Roman laughed
"I will help you with maths when you need it!" Logan knew how bad I was at maths. "I will make sure to tell you how the others are doing! But I'm going to miss my best friend!" Virgil quickly giving me a big hug, then the others also hugged me. I was going to miss them dearly! "We are moving in the second week of the summer holidays, so you can finish P7." My dad told me

So far we've watched 'Big hero 6','Winnie the Pooh','Beauty and The Beast' and 'Mulan' and eating the cupcakes I made. We have 3 more weeks together. That's like um 21 days. "Woah it's midnight already!" Roman realising the time, Virgil was al ready sleeping on the two seater couch, it look as Logan fell asleep on the arm chair with my new puppy sleeping that my Dad got me on his lap, I called her Peggy. So I let Roman sleep on the small couch bed and I slept on the camping bed my dad brought down from the attic.

A couple minutes later Roman was already asleep. I couldn't sleep, all I could think about is how much I will miss everyone. I searched up on my phone how far 'Penfold' was from here... it was 4 hours way... nearer England...

A COUPLE DAYS LATER

"Okay so I figured out that most of you don't know your 7 times tables, so that is what we are going to do until lunch!we all know one times-" that's all I could hear from my teacher before my sad thoughts came rushing at me. 18 days left. The bell rang for lunch. I decided to get lunch and go to the library to find Logan. He always was at the back of the library reading a book, I always sat next to him asking 'what are you reading?' Or 'Ooo is that the book you let me read last week?' But this time I just sat there only saying hey to him. Who knew at a time when you want to spend all the time with your friends you can be so speechless. "Patton are you okay?" Logan asked me. Even though he had always had trouble with emotions, when he was younger he was taught by his dad that emotions were useless,after his mum left them. "I'm...okay!" I said after putting a great big fake smile on. "Patton... we all know, even me that when your not okay you put on a happy act, a happier tha-" the bell rang. He sighed
"We better go to the rehearsal for the show Logan!"
