Chapter 13

After Bambam had a talk with Jackson about his feelings for her, he couldn't wait to tell her about his feelings.
Deep down he was afraid. Afraid to ruin their friendship by telling her about his feelings. He was afraid to get rejected and afraid to make her uncomfortable.

Flashback to Bambam and Jackson's conversation.

"And what if I do?" Bambam crosses his arms.

Jackson sighed. "I'm not trying to make you mad or something, but shouldn't you tell her?" Bambam looked at Jackson confused.

"Tell her that you like her." He said when he saw Bambam confused. Bambam shook his head.

"No!" He said with big eyes. "She's going to reject me." He mumbled. Jackson frowned.
"Why would she?"
Bambam sighed.
"I don't know man. I'm just....I'm just afraid."
Jackson nodded not really knowing what to say.

"You know what. If you don't tell her your feelings...." he started. "She may find someone else." He pointed.

Bambam scoffed.
"You know, I never thought of telling her my feelings. And now I may actually tell her."
Jackson smiled but he didn't feel good for some reason.

End of flashback.

Bambam looked at Helle nervously while she opened her room.

"Tea or coffee," Helle said sweetly.
Bambam laughed. "Shut up. You can't even boil water." She slapped his arm making him laugh more.

"You wanted to talk." She said sitting on the couch. She smiled when she saw his nervousness. "You okay, bami?" He sighed.

"There is something I want to tell you but I feel like I shouldn't." He rubbed the back of his neck. "Go ahead." She said. "But of course if you want to." He sighed again.
Helle put her hand over his and smiled. "You know you can trust me right?" He nodded.

"I don't know when it started. And when I found out, I was so scared."
Helle hummed and nodded.
"What did you find out?" Bambam looked at her. Looking at her blue eyes that he loves. He smiled.

"I-I think." He started never looking away from her eyes. "I think I like you." He finally said it.
Helle looked at him completely shocked.
They never talked about having feelings for each other before. No, she never even imagined them liking each other.

"And I don't regret it." He added. "All those time we've spent together is everything to me. You are everything to me." He looked at her with soft desperate eyes.

She was too shocked to respond.
He looked down and chuckled nervously.
"I'm sorry if you are uncomfortable. I had to tell you because you deserve to know the truth." He felt sad when she didn't respond.

After what felt like years, she finally talked.
"I-I don't really know what to say." She played with her fingers avoiding meeting his eyes.

"It's okay. I understand if you are shocked." Helle nodded. "I'm sorry if I made it awkward or something." She shook her head as a no. "No. No, don't worry."

They went silent for a while until she broke it.
"Thank you for telling me this, Bami." She smiled. He nodded smiling and looked down.
