While sitting back on the stone table and watching Ryu and Hotaru spar against each other. Eve's back stiffen, she looked around and saw no one looking at her.
I could've sworn I've felt someone looking at me.
Since she saw no one, she just brushed it off from her mind and began to mind her own business again.
Meanwhile on the other side of a wall a person was sneakily watching from afar.
"The Messiah, Huh."
A mysterious glint flashed on the person's eyes as she backed away from the wall when it noticed that Eve was looking around.
The person seemed to know that Eve wasn't just a pushover, so it decided to hide itself for now.
When the two was done sparring, they took a rest. Hotaru was settling some kingdom stuff, while Ryu was casually talking to a guard.
Eve really felt left out in this group of men. She really find it weird. Why is she the only girl here?
And so she jumped off the stove table. But as soon as she did a cracking sound was heard.
One of the pillar that was supporting the patio gave out.
"Watch out! "
Eve was alarmed. She instinctively found herself looking up. When she had looked up, huge chunks of rubble was already near her, so she wasn't able to dodge in time.
A loud sound resounded as half of the patio collapse. The guards and Hotaru immediately went over, but they didn't find Eve at all.

Ryu closed his eyes as he was ready to feel the impact of the heavy rubble on his back.
But to his surprise, nothing came. He opened his eyes and saw a barrier made out of fire. He looked down to see Eve unconcious.
"Eve. Hey, wake up. "
He still receive no response. He felt like panicking. Why wouldn't she wake up?
But as minutes passed, Eve grunted. He saw her slowly opening her eyes and was relieved. "You okay? Think you can hold on for a bit longer? "
Eve cupped her head. "Yeah. Think so. "
"Good. They must be thinking of a way to help us right now. So, try to hold on till then. "
Eve nodded. She kept cupping her head. She needs to concentrate, or else the rubble will fall on us.
But even so, it was her first time using this. And she was just lucky that she pulled it out by the last minute. At least they weren't hurt.
Meanwhile Hotaru and the guards was moving the rubble. But was met with a problem. The roof was in the way, and with just the strength of the guards there's no way they could lift the roof.
When they were just about to try any means necessary, a figure came.
"My Lord. "
A woman with purple hair walked in. The woman was extremely beautiful, with her blue robes she looked really elegant.
"And you are? " Hotaru wasn't really on the mood for introduction since they were still finding a way to save the two of them.
The woman looked down and saw the roof on the ground. And back to Hotaru. "I am Naru, I am the royal concubine of the line tenth. I am here to help his majesty of his problem. "
After the woman said that. She walked over the roof, and with just one hand, she lifted up the roof with ease.
Hotaru and along with the guards, they were all shocked when they saw the beauty before them, was able to lift the heavy roof. And with just one hand!
As soon as Naru lifted the roof, the barrier that was shielding both of Ryu and Eve disappeared.
Because it disappeared so fast. Naru wasn't able to see it. What she only saw was two figure beneath it. One was protecting the other person.
When Ryu saw that the rubble was now gone. He immediately stood up and helped Eve stand. "Easy. "
"Thanks. "
Eve was really exhausted. She was so exhausted that she collapsed as soon as she stood up. But before she could close her eyes, she was able to see Naru.
When Ryu saw the exhausted face of Eve, he carefully assisted her. But as soon as she was standing straight, she suddenly collapse on his arms.
"Eve! Hey! "
Eve was immediately brought inside. Hotaru and Naru followed Ryu as he carried Eve back to her room.

Opening her eyes, she saw the ceiling. It was the ceiling of her room.
Eve looked around and saw no one. She slowly sat up. She took a deep breath before stepping out the bed.
She saw that she was still wearing the clothes. And it wasn't like how it was before, it was tattered because of the accident and was a lot dirty.
And so she went to the closet. There she saw her uniform clean and sown. She took it out and went to the bedside.
She laid the uniform there as she took of her top, and her bra.
She was still slow since she just woke up. And so she took a lot of time just to take off her top and bra.
Soon afterwards footsteps was heard coming closer and louder. And next the door was blown open.
"Ahh! Stop! "
Ryu instinctively opened the door that was closet to him. He forgot that Eve was still resting. And so when he realized he was in the room he stopped and was about to leave, when he saw the most shocking thing he saw.
The thing he shouldn't saw. Ryu turned red in a second when he saw Eve without her upper clothes.
"S... Sorry. So you were awake, already. I'm glad. "
Ryu trued to laugh it off as he turned his back.
Eve was still sleepy so she was slow to understand. But in the next moment her eyes flew wide open, when she realized that her upper body had been see.
"Kyahh! GET OUT!!! "
