Later, after Creepy Jane had left to do whatever it was that people like her did, Ethan unpacked his boxes in his room. Aspen had been quiet for the last hour, but he could tell she was running around the house, looking for things. She was in one dress, and then other next time he saw her.

Around seven, there was a knock on the door. Ethan happened to be in the kitchen, and opened the door. A taller, skinner blonde guy stood in the doorway. He had flowers in his hands and a confused look on his face. "Aspen?"

Ethan raised an eyebrow. "Do I look like a woman to you?"

The guy just shrugged. Before the conversion went any farther, Aspen came running down the stairs. She was in a long blue skirt and a blue tank top that was a few shades darker. She wore heels with little flowers on them, and bracelets that covered both her wrist. "Jeff, good to see you. Sorry I am running behind," Aspen said, putting one earring in her ear and the other. Ethan felt pushed aside.

"It's cool," the guy said, shrugging his shoulders.

"Are you guys going on a date?"

"I guess," Jeff answered. He didn't sound too sure about it. Though, by the looks of him he didn't look like he knew what was going on at anytime.

"Yes Ethan, I will see you around eight, have fun unpacking," Aspen said, grabbing her purse, the one with the Buda on it, and locked arms with Jeff, and closed the door. Ethan felt so lonely. It was the worse he felt in years.
