The glow from the fairy lights we put up, illuminated the pitch black room. I brought a bunch of extra pillows and blankets and threw them on the couch and began choosing a bunch of movies to watch. By then Amy had finished warming the spaghetti and Ryan had got us chinese takeout.

"You got me dumplings ?", I asked Ryan as he entered the room dropping the bags on the table.

"How could I forget ? You only called me about sixty million times to make sure I order the steamed chicken ones.", He said sarcastically.

"Aww, your the best human ever.", I said laughing.

"I can't wait to start eating. But why do I feel like something is still missing...", Amy said looking around the room.

"You mean alcohol.", I said jokingly with a chuckle.

"YESS GIRLL !!", Amy yelled and jumped.

"What ?! I was just joking.", I said looking at Ryan helplessly.

"I'm going to regret this, but cellar's in the basement and I have some stashed beer.", Ryan said as he and Amy went down. They came back up a couple of moments later with a couple of bottles and cans.

"Are y'all serious ?", I said looking at them.

"Well now it's officially a parttyyy.", Amy said dancing around as Ryan came and sat next to me. The beeping sound of the microwave made her skip to the kitchen in delight.

"Isn't your dad going to notice ?", I asked worried looking at the beer cans and three other bottles.

"Nah, I just got two small bottles of vodka and tequila.", He said looking at me as I frowned at him. Ryan then picked up the third bottle, and giving me a lopsided grin and added mischievous, "Well and I got a Merlot."

I laughed and snatched the bottle from him saying, "Since it's wine, I'll let it pass."

"Get your lazy asses here and help me.", She yelled from the kitchen making us groan and get up.

Ryan carried the plates and cutlery, while I removed the takeout and set it on the coffee table.

"Which movie Ames ?", Ryan yelled.

"Die hard or Titanic ?" I yelled after him.

"Obviousllyy the latter.", She said laughing while bringing the spaghetti and two cartons of juice.

"Not fair.", Ryan said shaking his brown hair.

"Majority wins.", I said sticking my tongue out at him.

"Fine, I'll get the glasses.", He said heading towards the kitchen, knowing he lost. When he came back we began eating and played the movie. Halfway through Amy poured tequila and cranberry juice in three glasses and passed it to us.

"Apparently the most responsible.", I whispered to Ryan making him chuckle.

By the end of the movie, me and Amy were in tears and Ryan was biting his lip with glistening eyes.

"Why did Jack have to die ?", Amy whined wiping her tears.

"Cause he had to save the love of his life", Ryan said in an obvious tone.

"But they just knew each other for like, two or three days", I said confused.

"Love's weird", Ames replied.

"Love's confusing.", I said while making myself a vodka and orange juice cocktail.

"Just think about it, you could madly fall in love with a person in just a couple of days.", Ryan said sipping beer.
