AN: Hello there readers! Thank you for checking out my new novel series. To start things off, I'd like to give a huge thank you to some of my friends and peers for making this possible. I'd like to thank some of my friends, Yuzuki_Tajiri for helping me develop this book. This couldn't have been possible without her. I'd also like to thank my friend iwriteflailfics (Jade), Natalie, Olivia, and my younger sister, Taylor. Someone else who helped me get through the struggles of novel writing is my significant other. I couldn't have gotten through all the stresses of reality without them. I poured my heart and soul out into this book, so I hope you enjoy this! This chapter has taken me a total of 2 1/2 months to write and come up with the dialogue and start the plot line. I hope you continue to follow the journey of this series and help me become an accomplished novel writer!
In the city of Tokyo in Japan, there lived many people who lived in peace and harmony. Birds sung, animals roamed free, the sky blue without a cloud in the sky. The bright yellow sun shined on the island, the cherry blossoms a shade of pink as the leaves flutter off of the branches. It was the year of 2030, and technology became more advanced. Science had evolved, bringing in many scientific breakthroughs. New planets have been discovered with new lifeforms, new elements have brought new compounds together.
Peace has slowly started to consume the Earth, but yet violence acts would break out in the snap of a finger. It was a crisp Spring morning, and all of the country's people would wake up. Children would go to school, adults would go to work, and businesses were soon to open.
Children were on their way to school, skipping, talking, laughing, enjoying themselves and the lovely weather. However, unlike most children, one was born with an incredible power. She was the chosen one who would save the world from madness and chaos. Her name, Tia Nozomi.
At the age of 15 and a sophomore, the girl had her plans set straight for the future. The girl dreamed about being a scientist to explore the unknown. She had always wanted to work for the Space Station, KUSA, to become known for her discoveries to benefit Earth and society.
Tia had a head full of brown, long locks, no bangs visible. ( Tia would normally pull them into two loose braids ) Her beautiful caribbean ocean blue eyes would glimmer in the light, her pale white skin shimmering.

As an intelligent young woman, she attended the Japanese School for Technical Arts, or Tokyo Technical School for Arts (TTSA), where she studied the trade of engineering. However, Tia was not your typical teenager. She only talked to people that were her friends unless absolutely necessary. She only had a few friends, and that was all she really needed to get her through the day.
