Nova Tia: The Saga Begins

The four inched closer and closer to the large robot. The pounding and shaking intensified and became more vigorous with each step they took.

It felt like they were running in slow motion as the wind swayed them back and forth.

With every thud, more tension builded up inside them. By the time they were standing in front of the giant mech, they were terrified that they would get stepped on.

Tia's estimations were close, it was around 50 feet tall. Other than the grey and red colors painted onto it, there were streaks of blue running through metal tubes.

'That must be the power source...' the brunette thought to herself. 'I have to find higher elevation so I can shoot one of the lasers at it...' Tia looked around her for any stairwells that would lead to the top of a building. After scanning the area, she saw an apartment building with a huge stairwell leading up the side.

"There!" She shouted and pointed to the building, charging at it a few seconds after.

The others chased after the brave girl.

"We s-should just go back to the school...!" Asami states, frightened. "We'd be safe there!"

"We've gotten so far, we can't just give up Asami!" Nihon calls back at her.

"B-but we cou—"

"We don't have time to think about what may happen, sis! We have to act or else EVERYBODY is going to die!" Miku hollers.

"She's right." Tia stops, turning her head to them. "We need to stop this since nobody else can." She then glares back at the mech. "I know you're scared, so am I."

Back at TTSA, Marius and Tojo were fearing for their lives. Marius was worried about the teens who had ran out of the building to see what was going on. They were both heavily concerned, it had been almost a half hour since they took off.

"Do you think they're...?" Tojo asks, shaken up.

"Who knows... but I'm sick and tired of waiting to find out." He climbs out from underneath the desk.

"C'mon, Tojo. Let's go find out for ourselves."

"W-What?!" He practically screams. "You want us to go out there when we have no idea what's out there and the others who went out there still haven't returned?! ARE YOU CRAZY?!" He scolds the Tsundere.

"Tojo. You need to trust me on this." His voice was lower than before, he was more stern, more serious.

The two shared a few moments of silence before Tojo jumped to his conclusion.

"Let's Go."
.....

The four teens continue to hike up the stairs until they reached the top.

A shadowy figure was standing at the top menacingly. Tia got a grip of her gun, her finger close to the front trigger. The nozzle was pointing down at the ground.

Before Tia could start walking towards the figure, Nihon put a hand on her shoulder, stopping the young girl.

"Hang on, Tia. " He muttered with a coarse voice. "Let's see what they want first."

Tia glared at the mysterious figure who began to walk towards the teens. The click of the figure's heels were compelling. The vibes that this person was giving off was terrifying. They had never gotten the chills this bad before.
