Nova Tia: The Saga Begins

Marius, Miku, and Tojo met up with Tia, Asami, and Nihon who were just at the top of the building in front of them.

"Hey, are you guys alright?" Tojo concerned, looking at Nihon's wound.

"Yeah, we're okay." Tia looks at Asami and Nihon to confirm. After receiving a nod from them both, she looked back at Tojo.

"That wound doesn't look too good, Nihon... we should get it treated before it gets infected." the boy informed.

The ground began to rumble again, debris sprayed from underneath the feet of the giant robot as it hiked through he city.

"How are we going to stop that thing?!" Miku gazed at the mech, petrified.

"I don't know if this will work, but I have an idea." Asami spoke up. The five looked at her to tell her to continue. "Alright. So... see the joints in the knees and elbows? We could start by immobilizing it..."

"That's a good start." Tojo analyzed Asami's proposal. After a few seconds of thinking, Tojo had another idea to add onto Asami's. "Marius, how well can you aim and throw an object?"

"Why do you want to know?" Marius was confused and didn't quite understand the boys thinking.

"Are you or not?"

"Yeah, I guess so."

"Okay. Can you throw that axe into the glass dome at the top of the mech?"

"I can't guarantee it, but I can try." Marius had to admit, he had a great aim and a strong throw. He gained his powerful throwing and aiming skills from playing little league baseball all throughout primary school. Even with this, he still doubted he could make it. The mech was around 600 feet away.

"What would we do after that?" Tia asks.

Tojo and Asami both look at each other. Neither of them knew what to do next.

"... I see..." the brunette looked down. "I guess we have to see what happens and go from there."

"That's not the safest thing to do, but it's all we can do if we can't think of anything." Miku thinks out loud.

"Are you guys sure about this? I mean, we're already in bad shape as it is..."

"It's all we can do, like Miku said." Tia had her arms crossed, leaning against the wall that lead inside the building, her leg stabilizing her body weight.

"We'll never know if we don't try." Tia then looks at Marius. "Enough talking, let's put this somewhat-developed-plan into action."

Marius took wield of the axe he found. His bare hands gripped the wooden handle with all the force he had. He crept to the side of the building, where the mech could be spotted. The boy positioned himself, holding the axe above his head. After a few seconds of aiming, the boy used all the force in his body to throw the axe at the glass dome on the top of the mech.

The blade cut through the wind, it seemed like forever until it hit the mech, the blade landing right in the middle. The glass dome began to crack, the mech stopped in its tracks.

"Let's go, now!" Tia shouts, the 6 evacuating down the side of the building.

They scurried down to the ground, taking shelter behind the building they were previously on top of. Nihon took the gun out of the holster on his back and handed it to Tia.

Tia took the gun in her hand, holding it down towards the ground in a safe position. She crept out from behind he building and held the scope up to her right eye. Her hands clutched the gun nervously, the gun shaking slightly. Tia took a deep breath in, and rested her finger on the trigger, aiming at the left knee joint of the mech. The brunette took one last breath in before she pulled the trigger. The bars with reflectors spun in a clockwise direction and a red laser grew inside of the top shaft. The laser beamed out of the shaft of the gun, it burned the mechs joint. Tia smiled to herself, proud that she had landed that shot.

She then aimed for the right knee joint. Tia aimes once more, and took the shot once she felt comfortable. The bars spun once again, the laser building up inside the lower shaft of the gun. Another large blast of light and heat shot from the gun, hitting the other knee joint, burning it as well.

Tia was happy that she made both shots, but something felt... off. Her head pounded, her eyes were blurry, her breathing became more heavy. Her eyes fluttered a few times before the brunette began to fall backwards.

"Tia!!!"

AAAAAAAND THAT WAS CHAPTER 6 MY LOVELIES! I'm sorry it was short, I just wanted to get this chapter out! I'm also so very sorry for not being active for the longest time! Allow me to explain myself.

I moved back in late June after school got out. I'm still trying to find some of my stuff as we speak.

I was in the hospital for a while due to getting very ill. I wasn't allowed to have any sort of technology during that time, which was back in Early July through late July. I'm glad to say that I have recovered!

I've just started high school. Jeez, honors classes sure do keep you on your toes, haha! I've been busy with tests, homework, and finding my supplies as well!

Another thing I would like to put out there is the Nova Tia Comic Dub Cast! I've met some OUTSTANDING VA's, and I'm so glad to have them working on this project! Without further ado, here is the cast~!
