After being away from the pack for a year it felt nice to be home. Even if I was up all night re-arranging my fathers files. I had taken a year off to  be able to find my mate before I would become Alpha that was the deal. A whole year I looked for her, but she was no where to be found. Disappointment cursed my veins once the year mark came around. 

I ran through the woods in anger trying to ease my mind, I had to find my mate soon or else i would be forced to marry. I rather die then marry for convenience. I ran up the hill that oversaw our pack when a distinct scent hit my nose. I followed it to a private community where some of my pack members lived.   The smell was out of place it smelled almost human. My wolf started acting anxious but was confused on what it could be. If anything was out of place my brother Will would know.

I quickly picked up the pace of my jog. Everyone loved to go to my coffee shop.   Travelers would stop by to get themselves some coffee before they continued there trip. I mean we were the only coffee shop in town and I was the reason why.

As I walked in through the back the smell hit me like a truck. I couldn't pint point it all i knew was that it smelt amazing. The smell made my mouth water. My wolf howled in anticipation. I peeked through our glass  I saw a girl waiting in line. The moment I saw her it all clicked, I knew it was her it had to be her. I ran out to walk in through the front. I walked so fast i bumped a couple walking in. I had to stand right behind her I had to make sure it was her I was smelling.

God she was everything and more than what I expected her to be like. When I finally go the courage to ask her out, her reaction caught me off guard . She literally drove away from me, did she not feel the mate bond? I couldn't help feel worried, her citrus smell was replaced with fear and anguish. I wasn't surprised she drove off after that episode, she didn't like to seem week. I quickly shifted running as fast as I could through the woods until I caught up to her car. I ran beside her until she got home safely.  

I quickly found a pair of shorts in the woods and walked up to her small cozy home I knocked a couple times but only heard water running. Worry ran through me as i herd no other noise. I opened the door and peaked in. She wasn't anywhere, I walked into her room and herd a soft hum in the bathroom. I had no self control my wolf had taken over and he walked right in the most amazing flabbergasting moments I have ever experienced. I watched as she touched herself and I was about to die.
