*After the movie*

"Hey mads wake up. Mads. MADDY!" 

I jolted awake and saw Skylar above me, while violently shaking me. "Ugh. Sky stop it."

"Haha okay well Ethan, Grayson, and Cameron are dropping us off at the apartment so get up so we can go," Skylar said.

*At Maddy's apartment*

"So, Maddy uh. Can I get your number? So we can set up another fun thing like this?" Grayson asked me.

"Yeah sure. Here's my phone and I'll put my number in your phone." I told him and we traded. "I have to go in now. See you later Gray."

"Bye." He said and gave me a hug.

Right as I get into bed and about to fall asleep I get a message.

Gray: Hey :)

Me: new phone who dis?

Gray: the guy u like duh

Me: Oh rly? explain what he looks like and then maybe I will believe u

Gray: Tall, nice shoulders for emotional support, he gives really good hugs, and he can kiss u so good u drip all the way down ur thigh.

Me: ew Grayson ur nasty. I wish u were with me rn tho.

Gray: can I come over? 

Me: oh uh lemme see if it's ok with Sky.

I checked Sky's bedroom and she was out like a light. I texted Grayson immediately and said it was ok.

Gray: See you soon beautiful.

Oh. my. god. This man is so charming on multiple levels. I giggled and I had the urge to cry because he was being so sweet.

A moment later I heard a knock on my door. I opened it to see Grayson standing there with pizza and mint chocolate chip ice cream and a red rose for me. Could he get any better? I believe he's perfect enough already so there's no need.

"Where do you want to eat?" He asked. 

"My room is fine," I told him.

We walked into my room and my nerves skyrocketed. I should have said the living room. Or maybe this could be like a test to see how respectful he is and if I can trust him. He set the pizza and the ice cream on my bed and sat on the foot of my bed and I sat nearest the head of the bed. 

"I'm so glad you came over Gray. I have been wanting to tell you that I like you a lot and I want to get to know you better again."

"I like you too Maddy," He smiles and grabs my hands in his that were once fidgeting like crazy. His sweet gesture brought another smile on my face and calmed by anxious heartbeat.

"We better eat this pizza before its cold and the ice cream before it melts." I laughed at the strange sentence that came out of my mouth and rushed to grab a piece of pizza.

Grayson made funny jokes while we were eating that made it hard to keep the food in my mouth and my cheekbones to ache from laughing too hard. 

We finished the food and Grayson was laying on my bed with his arm around my shoulders and me cuddled into his side. He was so warm that I didn't want to use my own blankets when I slept at night, I wanted him. He suddenly tilted my chin to face him and gave me a tiny peck on my lips. I bit his bottom lip so he wouldn't go away and let my lips linger on his for a little bit longer. He pulled away and kissed my hair and told me to close my eyes because he saw I was tired. I drifted off to sleep in his warm embrace and it was one of the first times in a long while that I went to sleep with a smile on my face.
