Esther (Part 2)

Charles: "Did you tell them?"

Esther: "No, not yet."

Charles: "Then I'll tell them."

Raiden: "Tell us what?"

Esther: "Never mind that. What I want to know is when we can leave."

Charles: "I'm not sure if you heard me right. I said that you won't leave until we get our answer."

Raiden: "What on earth are you talking about?"

Veronica: "How about we just go back to the room. So that we can. . .recharge."

Esther: "Good idea. Let's go guys."

In the room. . .

Veronica: "What were you all talking about?"

Esther: "My dad wants to know the security codes for the school. He really likes to enter restricted places."

Lillie: "Hey, Where's Shadow?"

Everyone looks around the room but, he is no where to be found.

Esther: "He should be fine. Maybe he went to go get food."

Veronica: "Actually, he doesn't eat that much."

Lillie: "He then is 'out'."

Raiden: "I would like to know why your Dad is asking about the security codes for the whole school?"

Esther: "He is very, VERY wanting of secret things. He doesn't like the principal of the school either."

Veronica: "Well, that's one interesting father. wait, then why did you run away?"

Esther: "I had the original security codes for the school. So I ran to the school, replaced the codes, and hid them."

Raiden: "Where did you hide them?"

Esther: "It's best no one knows for now."

Lillie: "Fare enough."

Veronica: "So, what do we do now? We can't leave, we lost a team mate, and our every move is being watched."

Raiden: "I'm sorry? Did you say we are being watched?"

Veronica: "Yeah. Each room has a camera or two. The camera can see 360°."

Esther: "Never had cameras in the old estate. Why have them now?"

Roberts: *knock knock* "Ms. Esther? May I speak to you and your group?"

Esther: "Of course. (Opens door) What is it?"

Roberts: "I heard that you saw the cameras?"

Veronica: "Yep."

Roberts: "Good. (Pulls out a little remote and pushes a button. He hands Veronica a piece of paper and releases the button) I wish I could be of more assistance but, I must go now." (Exits the room)

Veronica: "Huh, I wonder what this paper is?"

Esther: "Best not to open it here. Raiden, can the cameras hear us?"

Raiden: "Nope, they're old versions."

Esther: "Good. Where's Shadow?"

Veronica: "Oh, we didn't change back into our normal clothes."

Esther: (looking at her clothes) "Huh, you're right. Still, we need to find Shadow. Let's split up. Raiden comes with me while Veronica goes with Lillie."

Lillie: "Okay, let's go."

As soon as they exit the room they see Shadow walking toward the room.
