Shadow: "On second thoughts I'll just head back with you."

Veronica: "Why? "

Shadow points out a legion of demon like creatures flying to the Hall of Heros.

Veronica: "If they were sent by Ace that means. . ."

Shadow: "We need to evacuate the school. I'll defend the students inside the Hall. You take Esther out of here."

Shadow runs to the Hall and draws his sword while Veronica runs to the dorm.

Veronica: "We need to get Esther out of here."

Lillie: "What is going on outside?!"

Raiden: "I thought demons didn't exist!"

Veronica: "Well they do now let's get Esther out of here!"

Raiden gently lifts up Esther and they go outside.

Raiden: "Where's Esther's car?"

Lillie: "Um, it's on fire."

They three look at Esther's car and see three demons coming out of the flames of the car. Veronica draws her sword and charges at the demons. She slashes them without and struggle, but they just heal back and breathe fire at her! She dodges and shoots a beam of light at on elf the demons. It then screams in agony and bursts in flames. She then shoots two more beams of light and the other two scream in agony and they bust in flames.

Veronica: "I'll lead the way."

The three battle their way through batches of demons, finally reaching the front gate.

Veronica: "Get Esther out of here. I'm going to find Shadow."

Lillie: "I'm going with you."

Veronica: "You are completely defenseless and I doubt you'll be able to beat a demon."

Lillie: "Fine."

Veronica runs back into the school. What she sees are buildings on fire and people trapped under rubble and debris. She help those under rubble and she sees the Hall in blazes.

Veronica: "Shadow! Shadow were are you!?"

Ace: "I think he's busy at the moment."

Veronica: "What did you do to him."

Ace: "I didn't do anything. I just left a few of my associates with him. And maybe a few other poor students."

Veronica: "Where is he."

Ace: "Why give up a surprise? Besides, you need to worry about yourself."

Ace attacks her with her a glass bow but she easily dodges it.

Veronica: "If you're going to shoot me Try to hit me!"

Ace: "Who says I'm trying to hit you?"

Veronica turns around and sees a student pinned to the wall by Ace's arrow. Around the student were five demons, looking at the student hungrily.

Ace: "So, would like to see him die a grusome death or chase after me? Your choice." (Said walking towards the Hall)

Veronica races to the student and slashes all five demons.

Student: "Thank you."

Veronica: "Get out of here. Evacuate the school."

Lillie: "Veronica! Behind you!"

Veronica gets tackled by a demon and is carried into the sky. She slashes at the demon but it still continues to fly. Veronica hits the demon's neck and blood flies out of its neck. It drops her, flails, and bursts into flames.
