Chapter 8

soldiers were piling into a police bus. Donnie pulled up his screens in front of his face and started to give some orders "April, Casey, Vern, and Isabella need an escort to Pier 90. The electromagnetic force of the portal is coming from there. Forwarding you the coordinates" after he said that he turned the screen off and got on the bus as Leo was ordering them where to take them so they can stop the technodrome from completing

"send a team! take us to the chrysler building. we'll make our way up to his ship and take down krang on his own turf" once saying that he went into the bus with Mikey and Raph right behind him

I followed Casey and Vern to the car, Casey telling my sister to get in. she was next to Casey in the front as im next to vern in the back. I watch pieces of the ship go to the spot krang is having it complete. we were behind the bus the turtles were in. I may not be a mutant but I do care about the turtles and ill do what I can to help them no matter what

after awhile, us and the turtles get split up and Casey starts talking "all right, they're splitting up"

"wait, we aren't going with the turtles? why aren't we going with the turtles? when something bad happens, you want to be with the turtles!" Vern was panicking and he was really annoying

"Vern we are doing our part in saving the world and the turtles are doing their part to save the world, quite panicking, we'll be fine. just stick to the plane" I looked out the window, yes I said that to him, but I was also worried about Donnie and the others

there were some things falling from the sky causing my sister to panick yell at Casey as he tries to get her to stop yelling as he drives, I hide behind Casey's seat to stop me from flying forwards just in case. Casey steps on the gas just in time because as some guards came up to stop the cars, Casey's car goes a bit farther and one guard hits the rear of the car sending it flying forward

"oh shit!" i hold my head as April just keeps calling Casey's name. the rear of the car hits the ceiling making it fall back on its wheels. we made it inside without getting hurt which was a good thing "nice driving Casey, just glad you got us in, all in one piece" i look at the end of his car "can't say the same for your car though bud"

Casey only sighs not saying anything. him and April get out, then me and Vern do. not the best ride ive had, considering i did jump out of a plane and fall down a waterfall. but hey at least those rides were fun.

"you ok sis?" I look at her, she nods as she tries to slow down her breath "good, what about you two?"

"im good, shook up, but im good" Casey rests his hands on his knees crouching down

"im still in once piece if that counts" I nod as he just looked at me. we hear a distant rumbling noise

"do you hear that? it sounds strange" Casey asked, April lead us as I stood next to her

"like 'alien spacecraft in the sky' strange?" Vern asks rhetorically

"no" another rumbling noise that wasnt from the ship sounded again "that kind of strange" as soon as Casey said that we heard engines revving and load roaring. that caused all four of us to hide behind some stuff so they didnt see us. I recognized them as bebop and rocksteady, the two mutant criminals

"we've got to keep our eyes out for intruders" bebop tells his rhino friend

"well, what do intruders look like?" rocksteady asks stupidly

"anybody that's not a big pig or a big rhino" bebop points to himself and his friend as he says that

"ah" was all rocksteady said. bebop shook his head as I just mentality knew that the rhino mutant was the stupid one but they were both strong
