Dally's POV
Ever since that day I've been lifeless. She's been in a coma for 5 months. The Curtis's can't pull the plug. I'm still not allowed to see her. I haven't seen her. I haven't seen the gang. I haven't seen anyone. I'm trying to stay strong for the day she does wake up, but will that really happen?
Soda's POV
I held my sister's hand and stared at the ground. I haven't talk since it happened. I can't do anything without her. Looked over at her and saw her eyes slowly opened.
"Hey! Hey! Shes awake! She's awake! Guys get in here!" I yelled
The gang ran in.
"Flower!" Ponyboy yelled
She looked out of it.
"Maybe we should get the doctor." Darry said
Then the doctor came in.
"Everybody out." He said
Darry'd POV
We sat in the waiting room. My baby sister was finally awake. The doctor came out and I quickly stood up.
"How is she?" I asked
"She kind of paralyzed." He said
"What do you mean?" I askded
"I mean she can't talk, walk, move, or really show any emotion." He said
"When will she be able to?" I asked
"She might never." He said
My heart broke and tears fell down my face. This cannot be happening. I wish mom and dad were here.
