Prologue -Thinking of You

 "Come on Lucy, its time to get some water" 

"Levy I don't have time for water" I snapped. I could not help it, as much as I loved her she did not understand my situation.

"You know being obsessive is not an attractive quality" she joked around, ignoring my last remark. She had a point but I was not worried about being attractive at the given time. 

"You know what else is not an attractive quality" I waited for her to ask but she never did.

"Annoyance" I finished earning a pout and glare from my friend. Levy had always been my number one priority in life but after my life changing experience with Natsu things had not been the same between us. We fight more often, Levy has a great way of ignoring my negative comments but not so much me. I was always known to have a bit of a short temper. The fights usually involved me not going out much or me obsessing over new evidence. 

Evidence to what? you may ask

Well ever since Natsu was arrested, all I ever wanted was to clear his name. It really was the least I could do after he brought such an exciting adventure to me with new people I could call friends. He drastically changed my life, after being with him it was like I morphed into a new person. All the time I used to worry about grades and appearance, now I worried about never seeing him again. 

"Gray's calling" I looked up at Levy, a tint of excitement on my face. Gray had really helped me with clearing Natsu's name. He got footage of the night but when we went to turn it in, it magically broke. Our goal was to get the footage back somehow, there always is a second copy. However incase there wasn't we've been looking for clues, like the infamous glove or possibly the clothes of the victim. We dusted the crime scene but it had been cleaned already so footprints were gone. It was a hard case to say the least but Gray always had my back.

"Gray any news" I greeted him.

"Well you know that sketchy guy at school today?" Gray questioned. I was confused at his remark as everyone at school was sketchy. 

School was insanely different now. I couldn't even walk by a single classroom without hearing the whispers. People think that because I wore sweaters and sweatpants compared to singlets and miniskirts that I was either raped or self harming. Not only them but family too, my father sent me to therapy for the first month after returning but it didn't do much for me. 

"What about him?" I eagerly asked, I had absolutely no idea who he was talking about.

"Turns out a rumor is going round, I didn't believe it at first but Juvia confirmed it" Gray begun. 

"He broke out Lucy, he escaped prison"
