I cant believe im telling her this but theres something about her, like you know you can trust her.
I started "well my parents and my 8 year old sister died when i was 9, they where on there way to pick help my dad with a big delivery for his job. I stayed with my nabors while they went because I had a big final that week and i couldnt miss it. But on the way to drop off the delivery they got hit by a drunk driver and died on the scene, im out here with all this stuff because today is the 5 year anniversary of my family passing away".
I looked up at cheryl and tears where running down her face, she leaned in and hugged me tightly. Her voice was shakey but she asked "sierra where did you go when they died?" I looked down at my fingers and told her that I didn't have any family that was willing to adopt me so I had to go to the orpanage, and thats how I met kayla, she is my roommate in the orphanage.
Cheryl looked shocked and I didn't really know how she was gonna react but she didnt say anything she just hugged me as we watched the waves in the ocean.
Me and cheryl went through the albums and i showed her all of them, the baby pictures, family photos , and the last picture we ever took together. It was a picture of me, my 8 year old sister Bella and my parents all sitting around the christmas tree opening presents.
Me and cheryl sat on the end of the cliff for a while and watched the sun go down.
