My fellow students were a wreck. Most didn't know how to fight meaning that they would get tapped out of the fight to early, leaving the teachers to us. My instructor, Tulips, didn't say anything about not using weapons however I wouldn't call upon Tero until I had too.

Currently only nine out of the twelve students were still fighting. Thankfully some of my fellow students knew how to stand their ground, what some to the others did was down right pathetic. Crying like babies while their opponent has the upper hand absolutely hopeless.

Icarus was taking on three instructors, all male; while Wren was taking on two, both female. Now you're probably wondering who I'm taking on. I don't know the dude but I do know that he is one hell of a fighter.

His movements are swift and agile, he is almost exactly on spot with his fake outs and punches. I'd say he is a worthy match for me. But the one thing he doesn't have that I do is excellent perception. This was the only thing my master ever complimented me on.

I knew the dude's patterns like the back of my hand; shallow breathing on a fake out, accelerated heart beat when going for a big attack, flaring nostrils when going defensive, leaning on the left leg when getting ready for a kick, the list goes on.

He threw a punch I ducked and counterattacked. I threw a punch he sidestepped and tried to kick me down. Our battle was like a dance one that wouldn't be ending soon. Even as I focused on my opponent I was also focused on my kin. Shouting commands and warnings into their heads when needed.

The fighting had been going for a good 45 minutes, my breathing never dipped it always kept up a steady consistent in and out. However sweaty started to form on my body and my muscles started to ache. With the amount of wounds I'd sustained I knew with a matter of minutes that Tulips would try to pull me out.

My opponent wasn't looking to good, his strength had all but left him and by now he was running on pure adrenaline. Swiftly I ducked swinging my leg out knocking my opponent to the ground, a grunt escaped him at the impact of the floor. Quickly before he had a chance to recover I punched him hard enough to knock him out.

I was crouched over my opponent my breathing a little heavier as I tried to regain so of my strength back. I had some pretty nasty battle wounds, I'll admit he'd gotten me pretty bad. My suit start to beep at me, its warning that I needed to stop fighting or else I'd end up dead.

My mind was foggy, my eyesight becoming blurred at I tried to control my breathing. In my state of weakness I fail to realize that I had another opponent running full speed at me. Wren shrill screech had my head buzzing.

'BEHIND YOU!!!'

Whipping my head around I saw the figure barreling towards me, stumbling to get on my feet in order for me to dodge the impact. My body swayed as I was now in an awkward almost crouched almost standing position. My name was being called.

The constant beeping distracted me from thinking about anything else, but it also drown out the instructors calls for me to tap out. The figure was close now about a few feet away from me, Arya my fox tried to fight her way forward. This wasn't helping my situation but she was only trying to protect me. The bond was screaming for me to do something.

Shaking my head, my hearing was completely blank now and a slight hum resided over my body as Arya being unable to take control tried to help in any way, one way would be to try to heal my wounds. The figure was now a couple feet in front of me.

Fighting my body images filled my head, filtering through my memories of me and my mentor together. Tears probably left my eyes as I sobbed over my memories I missed him more than one could imagine. Pulling myself together  I steeled myself.

With a heaving a gasp I grasp onto my mentors words "Megami Runa, Megami Runa, I humbly implore you." My mumbling fell to blank ears, as the words I couldn't hear. Other around me probably hear them though.

With each emotion that flowed through me I hung onto them, to make me stronger but to also show everyone that not all professionals are perfectly in control of their emotions. My breakdown fueled my determination to fight. Arya calmly told me that underneath my suit my markings were glowing, most likely showing through my suit as well. The small detail passed over my mind I I felt Icarus and Wren.

Icarus was fighting hard to get to me screaming in my head to do something, while Wrens whole persona had changed just so that she could get to me. Humming softly a song my mentor had left me with, I felt a warmth settle its way over me. Facing my opponent head on I sniffed the air, because my eyes were still jacked I had to rely on something else.

I grew angry when I smelt burnt marshmallows. As my anger increased I could feel Arya coming to the surface most likely making my eyes glow an ere silver.

A chilling sensation ran over my whole body as the warmth around me increased. Instantly I summoned Tero right at the dragon tried to collide with me.

"Tero I command you to be summoned!!" My voice I knew was powerful even if I couldn't hear it.

A flash of light appeared at I struck the dragon. His body went flying into the air crashing onto the ground a few yards away from me. The warmth surrounding me stayed as the humming sensation intensified.

Then suddenly words I've never spoken before came from my lips:

"She is the heir to my legacy!!! And She will forever live!! Those who defy my authority are to be struck down!"

The voice coming from my mouth I knew wasn't mine, but as those words were spoken with conviction and strength I collapsed to the earth darkness consuming me.
