Your POV
You and Carisi are back at James Stevens's house but he is missing
"Jessie do you know where James is" you ask
"no he just told me he was going to the shop but I don't think he is there" she replies. She is rocking back and fourth on the chair
"do you mind if I have a look around anyway?" Carisi asks
"you have the warrant don't you" she asks
"yes I do" you say as you produce the paper from your pocket
"here you go"
"thank you" she days as she takes the paper and reads
"ok you can"
"Dominick I'll go look" you say as you get up
"you stay with Jessie"
"ok be careful and let me know if you find anything" he replies but you have already gone
Two minutes later you are about to open a draw in his bedroom when you hear the click of a gun
" I wouldn't do that if I were you and I would also be quite" James says
"why I have a warrant like you wanted" you say as you put your hands up
"I don't care just shut up and turn around" he demands. You do as he says
"ok what else?" You ask knowing he might ask for something else
"nothing" he replies
"ok then" you say as you kick the gun out of his hand. It falls to the ground you go for it so does James. You grab the gun at the same time as James. He tries to wrestle the gun out of your hand causing you the miss fire the gun.
Dominick's POV
"Jessie you don't have to worry about it" you say to get Jessie to calm down
"I'm just a little nervous because (Y/N) might find something" Jessie replies. You hear a gunshot from James's bedroom
"I'll be back" you say
A minute later you are in James's bedroom with your gun drawn
"James you're under arrest for obstruction of justice" you say causing James to get up
"Sonny I think we might want to add murder and rape to that list" (Y/N) says as she gets up and opens a draw to revel a sex shrine for the boy
"look I just wanted to see my son ok" James whines
"we will talk later" you say.
Your POV
You've miss fired the gun alerting Dominick to the scuffle. A minute later Carisi has made it to the room
"James you're under arrest for obstruction of justice" Dominick says causing James to get up you decide to look in the draw that you were going to look at before. You open the draw to find a sex shrine
"Sonny you might want to add murder and rape to the list" you say disguised at the find "
look I just wanted to see my son" James whines
"we will talk later" Dominick says
