You and Dominick are taking a walk through central park to help you clear your head after the outburst
"Thank you for taking me here" you say relieved at the fact that you are out if the questioning eyes of the defence lawyer
"well I do want to make sure you are ok and a walk is always nice with a friend" he replies thinking that you are oblivious to the fact that when he says friend he means best friend
"I really wish I had a normal childhood where my brother didn't get murdered but it's too late" you say because you are happy that you can now talk to Dominick freely about your past after filling Dominick in
"at least your brother got on with you" Dominick retorts.
"I think someone is following us" you say but before you can act someone has hit you over the head and the blow has given you major concussion, it also knocks you to the ground.
"(Y/N)..." Carisi calls out but his call is muffled by the perp putting a cloth his mouth. A moment later the perp has Dominick unconscious
"I'll deal with you later" you hear the perp say with a thick Russian accent in your ear before you fall unconscious.
An hour later you wake up
"SONNY" you yell with a start not realising you are at the hospital. You start to get up but you are stopped by a sharp pain in your head
"(Y/N) you had a knock to your head" your Doctor says
"I know but where is Dominick Carisi? Did he arrive with me?" you ask really concerned
"you were the only one to arrive here I'm afraid" the Doctor says
"can you pass me my phone so I can send a text" you ask wanting to contact Olivia
"here you go" the doctor says as he passes your phone
"thanks" you say
"can I leave you alone now" the doctor asks because he needs to be somewhere
"yes you can" you say. You text Olivia with the simple message
"if you don't already know I am in hospital and Carisi is missing." You sigh knowing the truth is the fact that the perp will be back.
Thirty minutes later Amanda and Olivia have come to see you
"can you tell me what your attacker looked like" Olivia asks deciding to treat this case like any other
"I can only tell you his height and his accent" you say recalling the ominous warning he gave you
"he was six feet and he had a Russian accent but everything else I can't remember" you say disappointed
"do you know but who it was anyway" Amanda asks but she already knows the answer you just shake your head as much as you can.
