When Tessa regained consciousness, her first thought was that she was going to die. If not by these superheroes, then by Hydra. She wasn't that bothered by it, as her whole life had been Hydra, and she figured that dying was just a part of the lifestyle. At least when she was dead she would be free from all the torture and pain.
"Welcome back to the world of the living." A man walking into the room interrupted Tessa from her thoughts. His expensive silver suit and the infamous moustache caused Tessa to know exactly who he was, and she was filled with hatred. "Woah, calm down, kid. I don't want to hurt you." Tony said, as he noticed the change in body language when the girl stood up. Her face became hard, but her eyes gave away murderous intentions. This was the man who caused the death of her parents. This was the man who had caused her so much pain. She would spend hours being tortured, staring at his face. Dr. Volkov said that he was the cause of the torture, that he was doing this to her. Tony Stark. One thing was on Tessa's mind; kill.
She launched herself at the glass cell, and started pounding on it with her metal arm. The walls stayed intact, infuriating her further.
"Tessa, calm down please. We can work this out and get you out of there if you calm down." Tony tried to calm her anger.
"Who is Tessa?" She snarled.
Tony backed out of the room. He knew that the glass wouldn't break, as Thor had brought it from Asgard, and it was indestructible. Tony wondered what he had done so that one look at him could cause her to go into such a rage.

"It was like she was two different people. One moment she was completely docile, then the next it looked like she wanted to kill me. Her mood swings are crazy." Tony was back in the living room with the rest of the towers inhabitants, explaining his 'brush with death' with Tessa.
"It may have something to do with your face." Bucky said quietly. Everyone turned to him, looking confused. He explained, "When I was at Hydra, they would show me Steve's face as I was being tortured, and said that he was he cause of my pain. It made me hate him. Maybe they did they with Stark's face."
Telling everybody about a part of his history with Hydra was hard. Bucky had never really opened up to anyone about what had happened when he was at Hydra, and it was a toxic subject that no one was willing to bring up. His memories of Hydra only deepened his concern for Tessa, and was worried that with every second that passed she would lose more of her old self. So Bucky made a decision; he would do whatever it took to bring back Tessa Smith.
