A Faith Feeling

Chapter 5

The wind smoothly blows a part of a dandelion looking for a place to land. The dandelion flows throught the air like walking on a path.

A Dalmatian walked inside the lookout, and stood, eyeing the Malador. He bit his lips and constantly shook her slightly.

"Shasta, wake up. I need to speak with you for a moment."

Shasta groaned and turned over on her side.

"Not now Marshall, I'm very tired. You can speak with me later on.."

Marshall didn't bother leaving, instead he shook her oonce again.

"Shasta, this is important, I need your advice on girls, cause' you know, you're a girl."

"Marshall, what is it..?"

Marshall took a deep breath and exhale it.

"I got it!" Yelled Chase, running his paws throught the sand. He quickly jumped and captured it with his mouth.

"Great catch, Chase!" Said Rocky.

"I don't think he was this athletic!" Said Rubble

"I don't know about guys, he looks like he trying to impress someone." Said Zume raising his brows playfully.

"Huh?", Chase raised his eyebrows in confusion.

Meanwhile, An black-autumm pup exited out the door. She took a glance at the shepherd, but was disturbed by a certian pup.

"Hey Shasta!" Yelled Skye from the distance.

"Oh..hey Skye!" Said Shasta.

"Are you ready?"

"Ready for what?"

"For the biggest fashion event, Katie has prepare our outfits, and makeups for the show. Maybe you can be the prettiest pup ever!"

"Oh..s-sorry Skye, but dresses and makeups is not my thing..beside I rather be me to be in the fashion.."

"C'mon Shasta. Just do this once in your girl life, I wanted to see you in a dress and makeup, and we have a diamond bandana just for you."

"Well..I-I can't let my friend down but I'll do it!"

"Yayyyy!" Skye gave a Shasta a hug and left to Jake's mountain.

Shasta gave a small smile, and pick up a water sprinkler to water the plants.

Chase sneaked up on Shasta, and gave a startled. "Hey Shasta."

"Eeek! Oh...Chase you startled me!"

"Oh sorry, didnt mean too. But we was that about?"

"What was what about?"

"What did Skye tell you?"

Shasta then became gulity about it. "Well...Skye asked me if I wanted to be in a fashion show, but..."

Chase spoked,"but you don't want to?"

Shasta nodded slightly, which Chase gave her a sigh. "Shasta I know you don't like letting people down, but there are sometimes to say no when you don't want too, just don't let anyone pressure you."

Shasta turned only to smile at him, "thanks for being a good friend.."

She closes in on Chase, place a paw on his, and licked his cheeks. Chase is frozen still, shocked by the action.

She began with a red face, flash all over her. She had a big secret, she was in love with a certain pup.

She didn't dare to tell anyone, she didn't want to be heartbroken by the pup she loved. Yes, she is deeply in love with Chase, and she doesn't want any trouble with him.
