Furious is an understatement to what I‘m feeling right now. Who is he anyway.
I snapped out in my trance when Lisa said “What do you even expect Jungkook-ssi? I even go to parties too you know in case you wanted to know.”
“Who’s he?” nodding my head to the moron
“Kookie-ah why don’t you entertain your date. She might be hungry now. You shouldn’t keep a girl waiting or else she’ll leave you.” Lisa said while calling my nickname. My favorite nickname. I love it when she says it.
I turned my head to Yeri who I just saw at the mall and invited her to have dinner with me since its been so long since we’ve seen each other. She’s a dongsaeng from high school.
“Its not a date.” Glaring at Lisa
“Hmm whatever you say Kookie.” She said while wiping her mouth
“Man your girl is waiting for you. That’s just rude to keep her waiting.” The guy who was with Lisa spoke
I raised my eyebrows at him and said “She’s not my girl. My girl is the one who’s sitting with you. So you better lay off of her. I’m watching you.”
“Yah Jeon Jungkook. Who said I’m yours? Get over yourself will you? Come on oppa. I'm already full. We should head home now because I'm really tired. Can we go now?” Lisa stood up and went for the exit
“Well, looks like she ain’t your girl.” The guy smirked
Yeah we’ll see about that. I went to Yeri and apologized.
“So you’re still together with Taehyung oppa’s cousin?” Yeri asked
“Its kind of complicated. Why don’t we order first?”
After placing our orders. We talked about a lot of things. I should just invite her for my date on Saturday since Lisa might not even come with me.
“Yeri-ssi do you have something to do this Saturday?” I asked
“Umm I don’t think so. Why?” she asked.
“If you’d like would you like to come with me and be my date? Its Taehyung hyung’s inauguration party and I don’t think that little cousin of him will agree anytime soon.”
Yeri smiled and said “I would love to.”
“Okay so see you on Saturday. I’m sorry but I’ll be going ahead of you.” I stood up. I was surprised when Yeri hold my arm and asked
“Do you still love her?”
“I don’t think my feelings for her disappeared.” I replied to which she nod her head not missing the sad look she has on her face.
I drove back home thinking a lot of ways on how to make that Taeyong guy disappear from Lisa’s sight. She should only look at me not on other guys. How did she even know him? Where did they meet? How in fucking hell did they meet?
I called her cousin which is also my close friend Taehyung hyung maybe he knows something about that guy.
“Hyung its me. Are you busy?” I asked
“You’ve got the worst timing Jeon Jungkook.” He whispered frantically
“Are you in the middle of something hyung?”
“I’m with Jennie you idiot. What do you want?” he asked.
“Oh sorry of disturbing. It can wait. Good luck with noona.” I said since I know how Taehyung hyung wanted to ask Jennie noona to be her date.
Everybody is so busy inviting someone who wants to be their date. I’m here still hung up about the girl that I can’t bring on Saturday.
