I've never thought that I'd be this happy,

But talking to you brings me joy.

The time spent together is time worth spent,

How corny it sounds,

I feel closer,

And more loved than I ever did.

Lately I've been depressed but seeing your face,

On my phone screen,

Vibrating, ringing,

Brings a smile on my face.

I wonder if it does the same for you?

Do you feel the same,

When I text,

Or call you.

Our time spent together,

Is time worth spent,

And I want to spend more and more time,

With each other.

Maybe we'll chill soon,

And make love,

Down at the park.
