Chapter 3

Keira POV

Tara drove us back to TM. On the way she told me of the stalker that she had when she first moved back. An ATF agent from Chicago. She let me know that she was around if I needed to talk. I just nodded my head yes as we pulled into TM.

Tara headed to Jax when she got out of the car and I just went into the clubhouse to my room.

When I got to my room I went to the bathroom, stripped down and got in the shower. I couldn't even feel the hot water on my skin. I was in there for about 10 minutes. When I got out my skin was bright red, thanks to really hot water. I didn't care though. I put my hair up in a messy bun and wrapped a towel around me. I walked over to my bags, which I still haven't unpacked. I grabbed out my blue lace bra and panties, black tights, a light blue tank top and a grey oversized cardigan. I had on my bra, panties and pants. But right when I was going to put my tank top on the door opened up.

"Hey Keira. I got the med..." Kozik walked through the door. I just stood there, shirt in hand, while he closed the door. His eyes never leaving me. "Jesus Christ, baby. " Kozik practically whispered as he stared at all the cuts and bruises on my torso. I looked down at the ground as he made is way to me. He took me into a tight hug. It surprised me but it also relaxed me. I instantly wrapped my arms around his waist as I laid my head against his chest. "I'm so sorry baby. None of this should have happened to you. I promise I'll make it right. I'll kill that son of a bitch myself. I promise I'll keep you safe." Kozik pulled away as he spoke and looked down at me. I had tears in my eyes and just hugged him harder. The way he spoke to me. No one has spoke to me like that before. He really cared. It was written on his face.

"Thank you Koz. You're sweet." I smiled a little as I put my tank top and cardigan on finally. I looked over to Kozik again and he had a little stuffed bear in his hands. "What is that?" I smiled as he handed it to me. "I remembered you told me that you had one when you where younger. I know it's not the same, but I thought it would bring you a little comfort with everything that's been going on." He handed it to me and rubbed the back of his neck with his free hand. A slight red came to his cheeks. I smiled thinking about it. I went and laid it in the center of my pile of pillows on the bed. "Thank you Koz. I love it." I walked back over to him and gave him another hug and a quick kiss on the cheek. He smiled and kissed my head. "Anything for you baby." I smiled at his words. "I'm gonna go out to the office and do some more paperwork. I'll see you later." I released him from the hug and gave him a final smile as I walked out of the room. He smiled back and followed me out.

As I came into the main room I saw all the guys sitting there. Some on the couch, others at the bar. "Hey sweetheart." Clay gave me a sideways hug as I kissed his cheek. "Hey daddy." He noticed Kozik behind me and gave me a curious look. "Don't worry daddy. Nothing happened. He was just letting me know that I have someone in my corner. He's been sweet and kind. You'd be happy." He just smiled and nodded as he gave me a kiss on the cheek. I walked out of the clubhouse and saw Tig on his bike. "Tiggy wait!" I yelled at him before he started his bike. I got over to him and he gave me a smile. "What is it doll?" He took one of my hands in his as he talked. "I know you voted no to Kozik joining this charter." He grumbled and rolled his eyes. "Look I know it's not my place. And I know you hate him for some reason. But Tiggy he's been nothing but sweet and kind to me. He's helped me these past couple days. You all have. You know I love you. So that's why I'm asking this. You have a week until you vote on his transfer again. Please take this week and really see how he does. How he helps everyone. Please Tiggy. He's got a big heart like you. And whatever you decide I'll agree with, maybe. And you will tell no one of this conversation. Especially Kozik. He has no idea I'm doing this. You understand?" He grumbled under his breath again but smiled and nodded. "Alright doll. For YOU I will try. But no promises." I smiled and kissed his cheek and stepped back so he could leave.
