Chapter 15

I woke up and I stood up. I slipped on jeans and a cute light blue flowy tank top. I slipped on my light blue toms and braid my hair to the side. I then did my makeup and I grabbed my phone. I put it in my back pocket and ran downstairs. my dad said"I'm taking you to the dentist not Lou". I nodded and he grabbed his keys. we all got in my dads new truck I bought him. brad sat in the back and I sat in the passenger seat.

We got to the dentist and we walked in. I checked in and we sat in the waiting room. then a assistant called my name. I followed her down a hall then I sat in the chair. she checked my teeth then the dentist came in. he said" how are you today dani". I said"I could be better". he said"hmm lets take a look at your teeth". I opened my mouth and he examined my teeth. he said"yep we will be putting braces on you today". I said"great". he smiled and said"what color or colors would you like". I said"are you doing top and bottom". he nodded and I said"i want pink on the top and light blue on the bottom". he said"alright I'll go get the stuff".

I nodded and he walked out. my dad walked in and said"while your getting your braces done me and brad are going to go to an arcade down the street text me when your done". I nodded and he walked out. the dentist then walked in with all the stuff. about two hours later he was done putting the braces on he just had to tighten them before he let me go. he started tighten the top and it hurt. he then did the bottom but it didn't hurt as bad. he said"here we are going to put rubber bands on to hold for the first couple weeks". I nodded and he put a rubber band on each side. he said"alright we are all done". I nodded. I didn't want to talk because my jaw hurts so bad. I texted my dad and a couple minutes later he picked me up.

I got into the truck and he said"lets see them". I shook my head no. he said"why not". I shrugged my shoulders. he said"come on". he gave me a funny face and I smiled. he said"aww you look like a nerd". I glared at him and he chuckled. he said"I'm kidding you look good". I gave him a weak smile. I miss Colton and Sarah. I would call them but all I want to do is sleep. they kind of drugged me so it would be less pain full so I'm a little dizzy. we got home and my dad said"are you hungry". I said"cant eat for another two hours". that sentence was very pain full. I said"I'm going to go lay down". he nodded and I went upstairs and laid down.

I woke up and I got on my phone. I texted Sarah and Colton about 5SOS and about me and Austin singing a song together. I'll be leaving in a week for Miami. I'm really nervous about seeing Austin but he already has a girlfriend so there's no reason to be nervous. I got up from my bed. I put my hair up into a ponytail and went downstairs. I grabbed my black ray bans and slipped on my light blue toms. I grabbed my skateboard and said"I'll be back later dad". he said"alright". I walked out. I got on my skateboard and started skating down the sidewalk. I got to the park and I was going really fast and I turned a corner. bam! I hit someone and we fell. I said"oh my gosh I'm so sorry". I stood up and helped them up. I looked up at the person and it was Luke. I said"hey Luke". he said"hi Dani". he smiled and I couldn't help but smile. I forgot about my races so I closed my mouth and looked down. Luke said"you have braces now". I nodded. he said"you look cute with them". I said"really". he nodded then smiled.

This boy is killing me with that smile. he said"so I heard about you and Austin singing a song together". I said"yeah I really don't want to though". I sat down on the bench that was on my right and Luke sat next to me. he said"why". I said"because it's really awkward when you haven't seen your ex in five months". He said"oh I didn't know you guys broke up". I said" yeah about three weeks ago". he said"oh wow I'm sorry". I said" don't be it was to good to be true". he said"don't say that, he probably still lives you". I said"I doubt it because he hasn't talked to be since the day we broke up and he has a girlfriend already". Luke said"damn he's stupid for letting such a beautiful and sweet girl slip through his fingers". I looked at him and he smiled. I smiled and said"thanks". he said"any time, I have to go so here is my number". he handed me a piece of paper and he hugged me. he said"see ya around dani". he winked then started walking back to his hotel. I smiled and got back on my skateboard. I got home and romo came running up to me. I picked him up and ran my fingers through his silky white fur. I sat down on the sofa with him still in my arms.

I watched a couple movies with brad then I played zombies with him. we then took a picture for Instagram and it was so cute. I went upstairs and changed into my spandex and sports bra. I laid down and just laid there starring at the ceiling. when finally sleep took over.
