Chapter 3

I woke up and I sat up. I rubbed my eyes. my phone chimed and I grabbed it and looked at it. I had a text from a unknown number.

Unknown number- 'Hey it's Austin. I'll be at your house in an hour be ready;)'

Me- 'Ok can't wait!'

I locked my phone and I got up. I grabbed my bright blue bikini bottoms and my bright pink bikini top. I also grabbed a tank top and short jean shorts. I went into the bathroom and put it on. I put my hair up into a high but loose ponytail. I put on light makeup and walked out. I went downstairs. I said"brad go get your swimming trunks on". he said"why". I said" because Austin is taking us to the beach". he said"who's Austin".

I said"he's a friend". brad nodded and ran upstairs. there was a knock at the door. I ran up to the door and opened it. Austin was standing there. I said"hey". he said"hey". I said"come in brad is still changing". he nodded and walked in. I said"are you hungry". he said"yeah but I'm going to take you and your brother to lunch". I said"no you don't have to do that". he looked me in the eyes and said"I want too take you guys to lunch". I smiled.

Brad came down. I said"Brad this is Austin, Austin this is my brother Brad". Austin said"its nice to meet you". brad looked Austin up and down. Austin stuck out his hand to shake Brad's. Brad slowly shook his hand. I said"Brad be nice". Brad said"if you break my sisters heart I'll break your face". I said" ok brad stop he's just a friend". I looked at Austin. he looked down like he was bummed about something.

I said"lets go". I grabbed my phone. we walked out of the house and I locked the door. we got into Austin's red range rover. Austin started the car. he was acting strange. I said"are you ok". he said"yeah I'm fine". I sighed. brad said"so Austin do you like video games". Austin said"yeah". Brad said"whats your favorite game". Austin said"uhhh zombies and basketball". I said"I love zombies". Austin smiled. we stopped at a pizza place. we all got out and walked in. Austin got us a table in the back. I sat across from Austin and Brad sat next to me. the waitress walked up and she said"hi I'm Shelby and I'll be your waitress today so lets start with drinks". Austin said"I'll have a coke". brad said"me too". I said"I'll have water". she wrote it down and walked off.

Austin bit his lip and looked up at me. I smiled at him. he said"so how long have you been in Texas". I said"we moved here after my mom died so eight years". I looked down and he said"oh I'm sorry". I said"its fine". I gave him a small smile. the waitress came back with our drinks. She handed us our drinks then she said"ok so what can I get y'all today". Austin said"uhh large pepperoni and half cheese deep dish pizza please". she smiled and nodded.

She walked away. I said"that woman is way to happy". Austin chuckled. I smiled. brad was very quiet. I said"are you ok". brad looked up and nodded. The pizza came and we all ate then we left. Austin looked sad I wonder why. we got to the beach. I got out and Austin and Brad waited for me at the front of Austin's car. I walked up to Austin and grabbed his hand and intertwined our fingers. I looked up at Austin since he's taller than me. he was blushing and I smiled. He looked down at me and smiled. We walked around and we ran into my friends. Colton said"who is this cutie". Austin's eyes got wide and he looked uncomfortable. I said"guys this is Austin, Austin this is Colton, Sydney, and Haden". Austin smiled and said"hey guys".

We all hung out then I pulled Sydney over to the side. I said"will you guys please watch brad for about thirty minutes so I can have some alone time with Austin please". Sydney giggled and said" sure I'll take them to get a snow cone or something". I said"thank you". I hugged her. We walked back over to the group. Sydney said"hey lets go get a snow cone guys and go hang out at Dani's house for a little bit". they all nodded and walked away.

Austin said"so we are alone". I nodded. he smiled and said"do you want to walk down the beach". I said"I would love too". we started walking and Austin grabbed my hand. he intertwined our fingers as we walked along the shore. I said"its so beautiful". Austin said"just like you". I looked up at him and he smiled. I started blushing. Austin said"do you want to go for a swim". I said" sure". I took off my shirt and shorts.

Austin was watching me. Austin took his shirt off and walked over to me. he picked me up and ran towards the water. I squealed as the cold water hit me as Austin dropped me in the water. I came back up and Austin was standing really close. he grabbed both of my hands and intertwined our fingers. I looked up at him and he smiled. He bent down and our foreheads touched. he smiled and said"did I ever tell you how beautiful I think you are".

I smiled and said"I don't think I've heard you tell me". he said"ok well you have beautiful eyes, I love your smile and dimples, your personality drives me insane even though I've only known you for two days and to tie that all together you have a sexy body". I started blushing so I looked down at the clear blue water. Austin took his index finger and lifted my chin. he said"you don't have to hide your face because I think it's adorable when a girl blushes". I smiled and Austin said"come on". he pulled me out of the water and we got dressed. we walked hand in hand to his range rover.

We got in and he turned the radio on. we sang along to the songs then we stopped at a ice cream parlor. we got out and Austin put his right hand on the small of my back. He lead me into the parlor and we walked up and ordered our ice cream. I got a vanilla cone and Austin got chocolate. we got our ice cream and sat down. He looked at me. I said"why do you do that". he said"do what". he looked all innocent. I said"look at me". he said"because your beautiful". I smiled.

We finished our ice cream and we walked out. we got back into the car. we held hands all the way to my house. he walked me to the door and I said"I had fun today thanks for taking me and Brad to the beach". he said"your welcome". I hugged him and he hugged back. we pulled away and Austin cupped my face with his hands. he leaned in and right before our lips met the front door opened. we pulled away from each other. I looked at Colton who was standing in the door way. Colton said"oh- I- uhh- sorry- I'll leave you two alone". I glared at him as he shut the door.

I looked at Austin and he was blushing with embarrassment. I said"sorry about that". he said"its fine, I'll see you around Dani" and with that he put his hands in his pockets and walked off to his car. I sighed and walked into the house. Colton ran up and hugged me. He said"I'm sorry I ruined your beautiful moment with your boyfriend". I said"its ok and he's not my boyfriend". I hung out with my friends for a little bit. Haden was acting really weird but I don't know why because he's dating Ariana from school. anyways they left and I went upstairs. I took a shower and put my sports bra and spandex shorts on. I went downstairs and brad just looked at me. He then went back to his games, brad is use to me in just shorts and my sports bra. I went into the kitchen and made sandwiches. we both ate and then we went upstairs. I laid down and I was soon asleep.
