Today, during band practice, there were butterflies everywhere; hundreds upon hundreds of butterflies flew by over the hours.
I, as who I am, was like, Huh, I wonder why there are so many butterflies flying through at the same time?
And for a good minute, I couldn't figure out for the life of me why. That is, until I remembered.
Migration.
Something I haven't done since elementary science, and I felt so stupid for not knowing in the first place.
Anywho, there were so many butterflies that one would expect at least one to land on you, yeah? Well, let's see...
Later during practice, I caught sight of an oddly-shaped butterfly coming towards me, landing on the stomach of my shirt. I was like, A butterfly! I wanna see it!
Because you know. Butterflies.
I look down at the butterfly, excited, and it turns out
to be
a bee.
