*6 months earlier*
Third POV
It seemed like a normal day to Lila Rose, it didn't seem any different day to any others. She woke up the same way as everyday, her phone blaring a song that she despises so so much, her sister getting tired of hearing the song and slamming the door open to jump on top of Lila.
After getting woken up from her heavy slumber and having her sister jumping on her and her dog barking and licking her face, she gets up to go take a quick shower. She quickly gets ready with her ripped blue skinny jean and a slightly over size black hoodie with her red Vanes.
She gets all of her school things together and then walks over to her wall of skateboards to pick up her favorite. The bottom has a cherry blossom tree that she painted on her self one day when she had gotten bored. Afterwards she walks downstairs to the kitchen to see her mom finishing up making some bacon and pancakes while her dad is sitting at the table reading the paper while drinking his morning tea. Her sister, Mia, still in her room getting ready for her dance recital that she had to go to, she had wanted to go but her parents wouldn't let her miss school.
After breakfast, she says goodbye to her parents by a kiss on the cheek and yelling up the stairs to her sister still getting ready. She gets her skateboard and skates off to school.
*LATER ON THAT DAY *
It was just after lunch, Lila was now in French class as an aid, when it all went down hill from there.
Someone knocks on the door to which the French teacher, Mrs. Enders, went to answer the door, to which it was a couple of officers,
"is Lila Rose Parker here?"

Well, that's the beginning...
Thoughts so far??
Sorry that it was such a short beginning chapter and it didn't really give in to many clue on the story but, I thought it would've been a little bit more spiced up if there was a cliffhanger and didn't really give much out all at once, you'll learn everything in a later date.
