「 time check; 21:44 」 「 ship; renjun + yukhei 」
yukhei was on the kitchen floor, laughing like a maniac as he watched his boyfriend attempt to grab his book off of the highest shelf in the room.
"yukhei, it's not funny!" renjun whined, pouting as he crossed his arms and made puppy eyes at the taller to get his book for him. but yukhei kept laughing, finding his lover absolutely adorable.
after a while of just standing there, renjun rolled his eyes and left the kitchen, coming back with a high stool.
he set the stool in front of the shelf, but once he took set foot on it, he felt yukhei's arms pull him back by the waist protectively.
"nO WAIT STOP I'LL GET IT FOR YOU IT'S MY JOB!" yukhei screamed, setting renjun down on the countertop and grabbing the book from the shelf off with ease. the smaller boy smiled, reaching for his book until yukhei held it up with his long arms, a playful smile on his face.
"give me a kiss first." the taller said, leaning down to match renjun's height on the countertop. the younger hooked his arms around yukhei's neck and smiled softly, gazing into his lover's eyes before pulling him close and kissing his lips sweetly.
"...here you go, love." yukhei told after they disconnected, giving renjun his book back for real this time. the younger hugged his torso and giggled, hopping off the countertop with his book and a whipped yukhei trailing along behind him.
