So some facts about me before we start; I am a sophomore in high school living in the USA. I play sports aka volleyball which I love and it is sometimes stressful. I am really bad at math because I don't practice enough and I watch way too much tv so that really affects my eating because all my meals are in front of gadgets.

That's something I'm working on. I've lately been wanting to turn vegetarian with my best friend (maddy). She's been making more progress then me lol because she doesn't have a tv/ overeating problem. At least I don't see it or hear about it.

My family has a no bread and no sugar rule which makes me go insane in front of those things in the outside world which really sucks.
I have been raised really good though and things like volleyball and modeling and being thin were always just side thoughts and activities.

I used to be active before I hit puberty but then I stopped( combined with the too much junk food) gained weight then lost half plus eliminated all junk food so literally all that goes into my mouth is like soups, stews, cottage cheese, too much apples and other fruits).

So I installed life sum a calorie counting app and I will put in everything I eat plus on here. I am going to restrict by 900 calories so it's actually good!( since volleyball and hopefully my metabolism will burn half off and the rest will keep my body functioning).

I will weigh in every other day so for instance today I weighed in at 132 lbs and the next day will be after tomorrow.

This is not something to do as well it's only for my weight and stats. Every body is different.
