You frowned at the board in front of you. Mrs Han had been going on and on about some war or another for thirty minutes now. Whatever she's talking about is a clear gruesome and dramatic affair, judging by the way she dramatically collapsed on the floor, complete with effects of gargling on her own blood, before getting up and taking a bow.

She was definitely winning the awards for the most theatrical teacher, but between the dramatics, you've already been struggling to follow along what she was saying.

She was supposed to be explaining about the things you should prepare to study before next week's quiz but at this point, you thought that the books would make better sense anyway.

Attempting to hide your boredom, you rested your chin on your arm and twisted your head to the side. Jihoon looked like he was busy scribbling things down on a pad. He looked completely enlightened, a complete opposite from you at the moment.

You didn't notice it right away, but as soon as he lifted his hands up to stretch them, you saw that it wasn't letters he was writing down. It was just small vertically lines aligned horizontally next to each other from one end of the paper to the other.

Upon feeling your gaze on him, he turned to you and raised an eyebrow. As soon as he did, you looked back to the front and pretended that nothing just happened.

After the teacher had left, you leaned your head down on your desk and closed your eyes to enjoy a couple minutes of sleep before the next teacher entered. You needed your 12 hours of sleep back but ever since school started, the most you could ever get was about 7. And 7 hours was too short. Thankfully, it was already a Friday. You'd be free to get as much sleep as you wanted the whole weekend.

"You look like shit," Jihoon piped up suddenly.

You peeled one of your eyelids opened. "I feel like shit," you yawned and buried your face into your folded arms on the desk. Jihoon hummed and leaned back on his seat, mindlessly flipping through a textbook.

A sudden thought occurred to you and you lifted your head up to glance over your shoulder at the back of the class. Lee Euiwoong caught your gaze immediately and you quickly turned back to the front, flushed in embarrassment.

Did he still think that you and Jihoon were together? He hadn't been talking to you much ever since he came up to you at the cafeteria a couple days ago. The most you exchanged were simple greetings and nods of acknowledgement.

You turned to Jihoon. "Don't talk to me," you added curtly.

Jihoon snapped back at you in confusion. "What?"

"We're not supposed to be talking, people will suspect," you explained and lowered your head back down

"I already told them. No one's said anything the past few days."
