...

"w-what?"

seokjin felt his mouth go dry and his cold sweat falling from his forehead. yeseul sat up slowly and pulled her duvet much closer to her chest.

"you broke our deal,"

she stared intensely at seokjin.

"and that means we aren't friends anymore."

"why is it a big deal? like, literally a big deal."

seokjin questioned, he wondered why this was a big deal towards them. for the ten years they spent together, he always thought it was some kind of joke.

"are you going to end our friendship just like that?"

"i told you, you should've been more careful."

she stood up and opened the door to her room.

"leave,"

seokjin didn't say anything else, he stared at her from her bed while she waited for him to move.

seokjin walked towards her slowly, his feet heavily dropping on the wooden floor.

"you're the most heartless person i know,"

"i can't believe you're doing this,"

he said in front of yeseul's face, his back slightly curved while he talked to her face to face.

"you're brave and strong, outspoken too."

he scoffed, his hands inserted inside his pockets. yeseul also shared eye contact with him without saying anything.

"how would you define yourself?"

she said.

"remember, we were friends. and believe it or not we had the same personality."

"so, you're just as heartless as i am."

she grinned.

"and to come to think of it, you're even more brave, stronger than i am."

"i think you'll handle this deal easily."

seokjin shook his head and stepped back.

"fuck that,"

"what?"

"fuck that deal, why are you so passionate about that deal huh? how come you knew?"

"knew that you'd like me?"

"yes,"
