Chapter 5

Days passed, he helped me pack all my stuff. Now it was all in boxes. The removal truck was coming any time soon to move the furniture. I had been in his house and seen my new bedroom... It was an empty white bright plain room for the moment. He gave me an apartment tour. Oh yeah, it was an apartment, not a house, which was completely fine I guess. The rent was also far cheaper than mine. I was content with the place I was now going to live at. Me and Ryan also had our get to know each other night. We ate spaghetti... It was really good, I was surprised that he knew how to cook; he didn't really come across as someone who did. My crush on him was only growing bigger, which wasn't much help as now we were going to live in the same place.

My stuff was now all unpacked and sort of put into place. My life was all starting to fall into place. The last couple of nights, I had helped Ryan make dinner. I learned a few things in doing so like how to cook pasta. His smile was everything, the way he looked at me, I just... Couldn't. He was perfect. He was so caring, helping me with whatever. He had had found me an other job. I was now going to be working as a waitress. I had done a taste tester for the job and enjoyed it very much. The workers all seemed so nice. It wasn't the most well paid of jobs, but I was happy. My life might actually be falling into place.

Week after week passed, me and Ryan got on really well. I found out that he was a YouTuber, considering the amount of YouTube I watched, I was surprised I never came across his channel. He showed me how to make some more dinners I guess you could say and he also taught me how to make a video and edit it. I loved making videos, I have now my own YouTube channel, though Ryan still helps me a lot with it. I have also featured in some of his gaming videos; we had played Google feud the other day, we kind of both got really weirded out by what people search... Like why? Just why would you search some of those things?

Last week, we had filmed the impossible quiz video, which Ryan got pretty mad with, he was never the type of person to get mad; I on the other hand, was someone who got mad pretty easily, for me, that quiz was irritating and annoying as hell. Lucy had also announced that she and Dan were now together, it had been 2 months since they had their first date. I had vaguely met him when she had called me on WhatsApp the other day. He seemed alright, not my type but I could see why she liked him. I shipped it to be honest. Lucy also said that her and Dan were going to go back to England for a two week holiday. I had asked Ryan if they could stay round ours, he agreed. So for two weeks, Dan and Lucy will be staying at mine and Ryan's apartment. Lucy would need to stay in my bedroom or take the last spare room and share it with Dan. Which obviously I was going to try and persuade her to do. Not only did I want my bedroom to myself, but I ship them so bad even though I had only seen them together once.

Tomorrow, Ryan and I were going to get the spare room set up, so it was ready for when they came over.

Today was the day they were coming over. They were due to be here about ten minutes ago... I was excited okay?! Then suddenly, I heard a knock at the door. I mentally screamed, I think I was genuinely more happy about them being in a relationship than Lucy was. I ran to the door.... No I wasn't at the door ready to open it, I am not like that. I opened it slowly. There stood my best friend cousin with a really tall guy next to her... I think I just nearly dropped down dead... I was struggling to comprehend that she was with someone. I couldn't, the ship sailed even further.

"Hayyyyyyy!" She said loudly

" Hayyyyyyyy! " I said back using the same tone she had used.

I hugged her, then shook Dan's hand and said hello, normally. I motioned for them to come in. I yelled Ryan's name, telling him that they had arrived. Soon enough Ryan walked into the clear bright living room. He greeted both of them. We talked for a bit, until Lucy said she wanted to talk to me in my bedroom. We walked to my bedroom then closed the door behind us. It seemed that Ryan and Dan were getting along, which was good. They were both laughing and joking around.

"So, you never told me you had a boyfriend!" Said Lucy faking sounding hurt

" Ah, wish he was. " I said laughing

"No! You're telling me that you two haven't kissed yet!!" She said a little too loudly

" Shhhh, these walls are pretty thin, they might hear us! " I said motioning to the wall.

"Nice, make sure when your with Ryan... Try keeping the noise down" she smirked evilly

"OMG, NO LUCY!" I s reamed and facepalmed in front of her.

"But, to you too. Your the one sleeping in the same room and bed as Dan!" I laughed

"True true." She replied

" You're so bad, I can't believe you sometimes. "

 "I know, but you're the same! Don't try and pretend that you're not!" She said pointing at me

" Ahhh! "

"I need a plan... I need to get you and Ryan together... I NEED TO!" She declared frowning slightly

 "What ever you say."

 " Oeh, y/n is not objecting for once. " 

 "Psht, I kind of like him... Ever since the first time I met him." I stated 

 "But you don't believe in love at first sight!" She pointed out

 " I know! That's what I am having difficulty in understanding! "

"I'll help you! I think I might have just the plan! " she answered smirking evilly again

That had me worried, what was her plan?!
