Amare P.O.V
"Mare?" I turned around and my sister was standing there. "What Omari?"

"I seen yo lil kids." "Okay and?" She just laughed. I continued walking. Ain't nobody got time for that shit.

I was shoved from behind.

"Yo what the fuck?" I turned around and she just stood there.

"Fight me bitch."

"Omari leave me alone I'm not tryna fight you." "I don't give a fuck Amare I'm tryna fight you." I just looked at her.

"Mare let's go." Cardi said.

I turned away again. I felt my hair get tugged and that's a trigger for me.

I just turned around and punched her.

I was so fucking upset. I grabbed her by her neck and pressed my thumbs against her throat and pressed as hard as I could.

She scratched at my arms. "Bitch leave me the fuck alone." I said.

She stopped squirming and almost passed out. I was snatched away by some guards. "Let her go." John said.

"She just almost killed another inmate."

"Nah homie she was attacked first. Come Omari back to the shoe." John said handcuffing her.

My mama looked at me and just walked off.

I felt nauseous. Everybody has been getting kinda sick and the prison ain't did nothing about it.

I ran to the nearest trashcan and threw up my insides.

"Amare you okay?" I nodded. "Yeah this damn sickness." I said. "Amare?" Amiyah called me. "Huh?"

"Um have you been on your cycle since you been here?" I nodded yes.

"Okay do you think you're pregnant?"

"How if I just said I came on my cycle?" "When was the last time you had sex?" "Umm me and Matthew did the night before I got arrested." She nodded.

"Okay Amare." I just walked off thinking.

I'm clearly still coming on my cycle so I couldn't be pregnant but what if I was?" I asked myself.

I went over to John.

"Thank you for stepping up for me." I said.."That was my mission to keep you safe while you was here."

"Matthew sent you?" I asked him.

"Nah August." I looked surprise. "Wow okay." I said. "Oh and he told me to give you this." John slid me a pregnancy test.

"For what?"

"You've gained a lot of weight." He said. I just rolled my eyes.

"How will I be able to see August quicker instead of just in the 2 weeks." I asked him. "Conjugal." "Why everybody keep saying what's conjugal in the first place?"

"A conjugal visit is basically y'all get a private room and fuck but you have to be married." He said.

"I don't wanna fuck August I want to talk to him." "Amare you don't have to fuck him it's a private room nobody knows what y'all doing in there except y'all."

"Okay but we're not married either." I said.

"Okay well you're engaged to that Matthew guy right?" I shook my head no.

"He dumped me." I said.

He sighed. "I'll go into the computer and put August's names where Matthew's used to be." I nodded. "Thank you." I was about to walk away when he grabbed me.
