"Who would want me dead?" I asked them. "We don't know." Cardi said.

I sighed and powered the phone off. I grabbed the pliers and threw a pair to both of them.

"Y'all ready?" I asked.

They just nodded. I pulled her out from the room and she began to move.

"Fuck." I said. She opened her eyes.

Amiyah started stomping her again she was bashing her head in. She pressed down on her neck. "Now she should be gone." She said.

I nodded and felt for a pulse she didn't have one. Cardi looked taken back.

"Cardi you okay?" She nodded.

Amiyah had already began chopping.

We was outside planting the pieces of her body after we changed and cleaned up the shed.

"Here's the last body part?" Amiyah said throwing it to me.

I nodded it and buried it. "Ladies!"

We all looked up quick to see an officer. "What's going on here?" "Nothing just checking on our garden." Cardi said.

He nodded. "Inmate 226?" I nodded.

"Come with me." I looked at the girls and gave them the shovel.

I followed him to the visiting area to see Jamal. "I got good news." "About?" I asked sitting down.

He slid me a piece of paper and I opened it.

I scanned over and my eyes got wide when I seen. "NEW COURT DATE" I said.

He smiled. "You think I gave up on you? I was still working on getting you out early. You qualify for it all you have to do is show up for court tomorrow and tell your friend Cardi her too." I smiled.

"Thank you so much." I said hugging him.

"No problem ma. Oh your friend Amiyah tell her it'll take a minute because she's been sent to the shoe about 6 times since she's been here " I nodded.

"Okay." I said. "I'll see you tomorrow?"

I nodded. "Yes you will." I told him. They took me back to the back and I went to my bunk to see the girls already sitting there.

"What happened?" Cardi asked.

"Y'all won't believe it." "What?" Amiyah asked. "I may be out in time to see my baby's first day of school." They mouthed dropped.

"Congratulations baby." They hugged me.

"I have good news for y'all too." I said. "Cardi your court date is tomorrow and Amiyah your case is kinda harder because you was sent to the shoe a few times but he's working as hard as he can on it."

She smiled. "As long as he's trying I don't care." "You know I'mma actually miss this place." Cardi said.

"Why?"

"I grew up in jail. I went to a prison prom, graduated from prison, and I met so many great people that I wouldn't even imagine them being in here."

I nodded. "Yeah I get that but that's why you keep in touch. You know visit and give someone your number once you get a new phone and that person share it with the prison." She nodded. "Yeah I guess."

Cardi was first and she was looking extremely nervous.

"You got this Cardi okay?" She nodded.

"Good morning." The judge said. "Ms. Becalis how are you today?" She asked Cardi.
